Staff friendly and efficient. Food good.
Hotel too hot. Common areas too hot and rooms too hot. Ended up turning off thermostat in room and opening window even though it was very cold outside. Bed was really hard which was not my preference.
Dirty filthy carpets, semen stains on the bedclothes, bathroom uncleaned and filthy (probably uncleaned for a while), food terrible, service appalling, prices a joke, public areas filthy ...............
The view over the mountains is spectacular.
Old rooms with dirty carpet, blankets on the beds, very small and old/not clean bathroom, poor buffet breakfast. Definitely not worth the 7.1 rating on the booking.com site.
This was a 3 Star hotel witha 5 Star price. It was the worst hotel that we stayed at in Jordan.
The hotel was very well appointed and clean, staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were excellent and views superb.
The pool was not heated, water fairly cold considering how hot it was outside. Although a high quality hotel it was fairly expensive for rooms, food and drink compared to similar quality hotels we stayed in elsewhere in Jordan.
The decoration and the location.
