Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Petra and beautiful views from the rooms and terrace. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing to memorable stays. Many found the rooms spacious and clean, with comfortable amenities. However, several guests noted that the pool was often too cold, dated, or in need of maintenance. Overall, the positives of location, service, and room comfort outweighed the negatives.
