Pleasant front desk staff.
Bathroom was dirty. There were bed bug traps and garbage under the mattresses. The noise level was loud. There were security guards, whom were incredibly unpleasant, patrolling the entire hotel and parking lot night and day.

Good room with controllable working heat A/C. Comfortable king bed -possibly new mattress. Pretty good breakfast Superb cleaning staff cleaning the elevator walls and rails, mopping floor several times and a friendly guy as well! Front desk great
Hot tub only lukewarm. Parking day after snow storm a bit dodgy but mostly due to guests who can't park drive properly. Could not shut off the red flashing message light on phone
