10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location, comfy beds, awesome view from the upper deck, friendly staff.
Cons: Nearest unlocked entrance was at end of building a little bit of a walk but if that'sounds the worst thing I can find you people are doing pretty good.☺☺☺
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff , facilities
Cons: The price online did not match the price online ... I booked online , when payment was due at facility they did not match online price
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was convenient and the place is dog friendly. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Extremely dated furnishings and finishes. All dog rooms are on the ground level with a separate external entrance - feels like you're staying in an old motel that connects to an inn. Considering the condition of the "Inn" and the fact we had a room directly on the parking lot we felt the price was far above the value received.

Pros: Location
Cons: They tried to sting us on an upgrade. Excuses given that as we were booking.com they had to charge us more for the upgrade. The young guy on reception was brilliant.
