Pros: Breakfast was awesome, Alfred was a great host. The location is out off the main road but nice countryside.
Cons: Cooler room temperature but it's summer and it's hot, nothing to do with the owner, he had the fan on and windows open for a breeze.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful house on a large sunny property surrounded by the bush. There is a big deck where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The house is spotless and family-friendly. There is a common area with TV between the rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The area around is very quiet so you can enjoy a good night sleep. The host is fantastic and very accommodating. We had a delicious hot breakfast. We (three women and a 12 year old child) felt like home and would recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: Excellent facilities, complimentary snacks, spotlessly clean and great location. Up to a 3 story climb on the stairs may be difficult for some clients.
Cons: True to its name, the room was a bit small but was efficiently laid out ina European style.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was very good. Close to the University. Easy to check in and check out.
Cons: We had room #102. It is a very high traffic area. We could here people coming and going all night. One coming in at 2:00am and one leaving at 6:30am. So not much sleep.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and modern. Nice to have mini kitchen and supplies.
Cons: Elevator for luggage

Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was cosy and comfortable. The laundry access was a bonus especially with the provided detergent.

Pros: Antigonish was part of a road trip in Nova Scotia. The town itself is very pretty and the hotel was located the the edge of town but you could easily walk to the center. The staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious, homemade food, rooms were clean and the view from the room was beautiful. Highly recommend it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rick, Linda, and Marlie were so nice and helpful! A lovely place to stay. Homemade scones and jams with other yummy breakfast items. Well worth the stay!
Cons: We liked everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful stay for two nights -very nice room and excellent breakfast (oatmeal, fresh fruits, muffins, scones, etc.) with the owners Rick and Linda. Marlee from the Front Desk was so kind and helpful (great recommendation for dinner) and we enjoyed having a chat with all of them. We felt so welcome. Very clean place - would come back any time.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff person in the office was so very helpful and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. She made our staff very enjoyable.
Cons: beds should be gueen size in the room with 2 beds.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything, owner is gracious, friendly, helpful and much more. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom extremely clean. You can park just outside your room, makes it easy with luggage. Breakfast options from cornflakes, oatmeal and wonderful scones plus livley conversation from the owner. The best place in Canada so far. Don't skip if you're staying in Antigonish.
Cons: Couldn't find any faults
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the cozy little extras!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of breakfast available with homemade scones and jam. Owners very nice people and very welcoming.
Cons: Where as the rooms are comfortable the addition of the cooking facilities is a little confusing give the space available in the twin queen bedded room. As a family we were able to warm some food up for dinner but no real space in the room to eat it and only one table outside to use, so could have become difficult if the table could be used.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The details!!! A lint roller in the rooms and a ring dish ! The kettle in the room! The view, the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast ever! The friendly staff and owners. The cleanliness-oh how clean! The decor! In ten years of traveling with my family this has been my very favourite place to stay so far. I could have easily moved in.
Cons: I can’t think of a thing I didn’t like.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was great to have a kettle in the room so that we could make a cup of tea. It was also great to have a little 'kitchen' area so that we could make a snack. The ensuite was great, with slippers, bath robe, toiletries etc. It was good to be able to park so close to the door. The staff were really welcoming and lovely to chat with.
Cons: We thought that the walls were a bit thin and allowed sound to carry from one room to another. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Great jam and fabulous fresh blueberries. The rest was pretty wellunremarkable. For the most part the room was clean. Bedspread could of used a wash. Not a fan of sleeping next to a stove. The main hotel in town was booked.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was exceptionally clean and well thought out. The host was so pleasant. The bed was so comfy....as was the heated tile flooring. I enjoyed the unique decor, the drive to antigonish is convenient and so scenic!
5.5 Okay
Pros: Beautiful place and room.
Cons: The owner was very strict with what we could or couldn't do. Making us feel very on edge and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very limited, 1 egg, dry breads and a few pieces of cheese and deli meats. Would not recommend this location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was amazing, the whole place is actually; architecturally stylish, sparkling clean, great breakfast the whole experience a treat.
Cons: The check-out time is a little early for my sleepy head but this time we were going early anyhow.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Victor is a fabulous host. The property ia beautiful - and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful place to stay with a great breakfast!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Remoteness - quiet - local sights (Cape George)
Cons: Dining in the area was among the worst in 40 years of travel. Antigonish is the only opportunity and frankly, reason to pass this area by if dining is important during your travelling. Breakfast at the Tin Roof was fine though. A local quote "you don't come to the Maritimes for dining". So true.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable with a great bed. The downtown location is excellent.
Cons: The restaurant was disappointing for dinner. Four of us ate different dishes and no one pleased. The steak special was tough and dry, the salmon was overcooked as were the vegetables. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived very late and they were very accommodating about it and it was very clean.
Cons: The price we paid was not equal to what one would expect for that price point. The room was small, dark, and could be anywhere in the world. It had no charm or personality. It was functional and if that is all you want the room is perfect but priced about $30 more than it should be.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable and spacious. Restaurant at the hotel was nice. Staff was very helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant attached to the Motel was nice convenient and very nice atmosphere and the food was good too! Also liked that we could (requested when booking) park right outside our room for convenience as well as security.

7.0 Good
Pros: The motel was convenient to the venue we were attending that evening. The room and bath were clean.
Cons: Vey small double room, even by motel standards. It was a 30C day, but staff didn't turn on the room (wall) ac to prepare it for us - took more than an hour to make the place comfortable. No bars of soap, not even the tiny ones. Parking in front of our unit appeared to have been taken up by a group of men who were obviously staying there longer term. The ac was noisy, and the "conditioned" air had a smell to it that we could not identify.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: A/c noisey and bed not great
4.5 Okay
Pros: Overpaid for what we got. No coffee available until after 8 or 8:30. Rooms were well used and could use an update as the room charges, Were market rate and we certainly didn’t get that type of room. The floor had heaved; the bathroom door, when opened, struck the toilet. Let us know if we are entitled to a refund.
Cons: See above
