10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful designed hostel, it’s a little paradise. Tasty food, helpful and cool staff.
Cons: A bit to walk to the nice places, but also very cheap taxis and collectivos if you don’t wanna walk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is one of the cleanest I have ever seen! They have gorgeous rooms and it is very calm. The staff is outstanding friendly and helpful. Very good food and you can also book yoga classes. It is near the beach and a small supermarket is on the other side of the street. Hope to be back there soon!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness of all spaces was superb. The quality of the food in the restaurant was top notch. The shared spaces were beautifully decorated and landscaped. The small pool and outdoor shower were clean and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the crashing waves only a block away.
Cons: Be careful of bugs! It's nothing the hostel can control and honestly I think they do a great job of keeping them under control but there are always ants and mosquitos around. It's something to be aware of in this tropical environment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this place! If in puerto escondido I am staying here, it is cute, cozy, familiar, staff is super nice and great location. You have all you need to relax and that for a reasonable price! awesome
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is a paradise! Nico, the owner, is like a cool Dad who makes sure everyone’s having a good time, and can find their way around town no worries. The tropical trees and pool literally cool this hostel down. The rooms are super sweet and clean too. And the hammocks and cushion-y beds on the terrace
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A little paradise, beautiful settings and little bungalows. Roof terrace was so relaxing. LoLo is a friendly approachable person who gives off great vibes!
Cons: No hot water but you don’t need it anyway, the location means you have to taxi or walk a fair distance to decent food places etc, but the restaurant on site was really good anyway! Have to pay 5 pesos for water refills
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hostel run by great people, really feels like home. Walking distance to La Punta and only a short 40 peso taxi to Zicatela & Carrizalillo. We ended up staying here 12 nights and could of stayed longer!

Pros: Good atmosphere, nice spaces to relax, inviting restaurant, good food. Owner friendly, approachable and involved - helped us out with an issue. Double room well designed, spacious with storage area, good sized bathroom with large shower - although no hot water, temperature was just right for the hot climate. Great garden layout, large plants offer a degree of privacy. Excellent beach with amazing surf less than a 5-minute walk away.
Cons: No safe in the room.

We would totally come back for another stay here.

Pros: Great outdoor area, loads of places and areas to chill and relax

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the beautiful plants, trees, lights, hamac and pool on the property. The customer service was the best.
Cons: I wish they had someone at the front desk 24/7 and that the front gate accessible 24/7.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing, so was the administrator/owner. An extremely clean property, huge swimming pool and very well located. We loved it so much that other family members moved from their hotel to ours in the middle of our trip :).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The garden area and poolside amenities were fantastic, safe and friendly staff.
Cons: The beds were a bit hard but that seems to be the norm here in Mexico.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to restaurants with open at 6:00 am
Cons: Cockroaches, mosquitoes, inside the suite extra charge for using the air conditioner during the day, although it did not cool, at night The other room did not have AC, where booking did not show in the page.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is spectacular and incredibly peaceful. Beautiful pool and garden hidden away from the rode. Luis was an awesome host - stayed up for us when we arrived late and was always very friendly. They always had water and fresh mangos sitting out, which was a nice touch
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful, the pool is lovely, the area is waaayyy nicer than the wilder shores of the Zicatelli (close to 2 fabulous calmer swimming beaches, called Puerto Angelita and Carazililo), excellent restaurants within walking (we recommend both Turtle Bay and Meztcal) lots and lots of ex-pats hanging out in this area and in this hotel. We did not find the front desk staff particularly friendly or helpful except to those staying longer term.
Cons: We seemed to have gotten a smaller room without a kitchen when we had thought we'd have a kitchentette. Most other rooms had a nice cooking area and a table to eat at, we didn't. Check first before you arrive if thats what you are hoping for.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owner paid attention to the details. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. Nice quiet location.
Cons: The bed was firm. We usually prefer a softer surface. In saying that....it’s a hotel bed in Mexico!

Highly recommend for a relaxed vacation, away from crowded beaches and resorts!
Cons: The 25-30 minute travel time to Puerto Escondido the town for other beaches and restaurants in Carrizalillo and Zicatela can get old if you want to do it every day. Pros: Nice appartments, nice pools, nice people.
Cons: Beach is too dangerous to swim.

Cons: We stayed on week. On the second day the lady who cleaned the room stole my husband's wedding ring and never came back. The nice and friendly owner of the hotel appeared on the fourth day and realized she didn't have a correct adress of the chamber maid. She tried to find her but failed. The ring and the chamber maid never turned up. The owner promised to find her some day. No Air Condition - something you need in summer. The ventilator had to run all night.

7.5 Good
Pros: - Good music which is adjusted to the time of the day - Very clean - The look and feel
Cons: - there’s no privacy at all...for me and my girlfriend a very important thing during our holidays
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I did stay one night in the small individual room. Was amazing. Cosy, clean, with a fan and mosquitoe net. I love they provide a towel and a soap. Location is fantastic, near the beach and the best cafe of la Punta, at 3 steps of the room! I went to other hostels in la punta before, but this one is definitely the best! They also accept visa card!
Cons: I try to find something to say, but I dont have anything negative in mind.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place was great and the owner was super nice. It was very beautiful and fit our stay in the town perfect. The only downfall was that almost every single person who worked in the restaurant was extremely smug and snobby. Like they were better than every person that walked into the place. The owner Toma tho was very nice and helped us out with questions about the town.
Cons: The service at the restaurant downstairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious breakfast, especially the smoothies. Great location - beach just across the street and surrounded by cafes and bars. Staff is very friendly. Nice areas to chill, read, work as well. Plus la punta is the best part of Puerto Escondido!
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was private with air conditioning.
Cons: The staff (specifically a very short, skinny girl with dark brown hair and lots of tattoos) were completely offputting. They were working on a septic tank next to the pool so it smelled absolutely awful and enjoying a swim was next to impossible. This place is advertised as a hostel and it is absolutely not. They don’t have any shared indoor space, no shared kitchen, but luckily a few of the kind staff members allowed us to the use the cafes kitchen as we had just bought groceries before arriving. The bathrooms are nice and shared, but completely out of the way. Also, there are signs asking for complete silence after 10 everywhere you look. Complete silence? Can we not talk to each other? One evening we had a couple friends over from our previous trip, and the same brunette at the front desk told us they couldn’t be in the room. That’s fine, but none of these regulations were laid out in the introduction so it was extremely unprofessional and the only place we could hangout she said was either in the cafe (with no privacy) or the private area by the pool that smells like sewage. This same girl, once again, told us on our very last day that we couldn’t bring the towels they provided to the beach. What is the point of giving someone a towel at a hotel next to the beach and not allowing them to take it? This was never told us to in our introduction so it came as a surprise, and once again completely unfriendly. The WiFi was terrible and when we first logged in both of our phones alerted us that the application they use for internet was totally unsafe and even said “hackers may be trying to use this application to steal your money or identity”. It took my friend a full explanation for the girl to finally give us the employee WiFi. Still spotty. What if we had work to do? If you are going to run a hotel you should invest in great WiFi. Not to mention half of the entire place was under construction so no sleeping in past 8. Beautiful space. Not well run at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s decoration
Cons: It was under construction, but it’s still a good thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, with a natural authentic vibe while painting a sparkling clean environment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cabin was amazing, owner was friendly and kind, staff were amazing. Incredible location to surf, swim and veg out. Best coffee in Mexico. Will return soon.

Pros: Perfect location. Nice pool and terrace facing the ocean. Comfy bed and large bedroom. If you like sleeping at the sounds of the waves then it is the place where to go. I am gonna miss enjoying my coffee on the terrace in the morning.
Cons: Sometimes wifi was not great so audio/video communications via Skype or whastapp could be cut.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A/C was definitely needed and appreciated at the time of visit (hottest time of the year). There are two big pools. The restaurant was very good. The staff was hard working. Lovely property.
Cons: First property coming from the airport along Zicatela Beach which is convenient and also brutal to walk the short distance to other restaurants along the strip during the hottest month of the year. The restaurant although very good serves only fish and veggies. Service is much slower in Mexico so prepare to wait for everything from getting the check to checking out. Wish there was a mini refrigerator in the room (unusual in Mexico except at resort areas like Cancun) to keep our drinks cold.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, Pool and near Zicatella Beach. Have many restaurants no more than 200 meters far
Cons: Rooms. Maybe they need a little of refurnish. Shower in the bathroom was broken
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was vegetarian only which was OK for 1 day. The hotel is directly across from Zicatela beach. The beach is beautiful to walk and there are lots of beach bars/restaurants along the beach.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fabulous
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, close to the beach, hot showers and free coffee.
Cons: The nightclub next door is quite loud...not that this should put you off staying as most of the music was pleasant
9.5 Excellent
Pros: 4 min. walk to beach. Entire staff, especially owner, are great. The property is super-clean and beautifully and artistically maintained. Pool is warm.
Cons: I could have used a couple more plastic hangers in the closet, but I'm sure if I had asked, I would have been accommodated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The area was perfect! A block from the beach, lots of choices for food, drinks, night market just out your door, ATMs close by. Nice cool pool for mid afternoon heat!
Cons: As others have stated ... the nightclub bass will be felt. Our room did have a fan and what was advertised as a king bed was a queen, no AC. But if you are looking for an inexpensive, rustic experience this is the place.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The staff and owners were wonderful!!! The only negative was the disco across the street playing music toll 4am...but the owner moved us to a different...helped with the noise!!!
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is a very nice and beautiful space. Clean, with helpful staff. I recommend staying there.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location across from the beach, beautiful quaint hotel.
Cons: Loud nightclub next door that is very noisy latebat night,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great customer service!
Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location with one of the main beaches right across the street is great. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Cons: It's too bad because it's no fault of the hotel, but there is a disco right next door and at times it gets very loud. We stayed for a couple of weeks and did get used to it at some point, but I would suggest bringing earplugs to help in sleeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is wonderful! Very clean and comfortable! Housekeeping staff did a great job sweeping out all the sand we would track in daily! They offered us a free shuttle from the airport which was awesome! We took the overnight bus to Oaxaca and they let us store our bags and use their public bathrooms and pool shower to clean up after one last day at the beach! Everyone was very helpful and accomodating! A great value right in the center of town!
Cons: I guess the only thing that could be an issue for some people is there is a nightclub nearby which can get pretty loud. Also if you have mobility issues know there are a lot of stairs.

Pros: Beautiful property, well kept, pools, and private beach club were awesome! Food was great, too!
Cons: Staff at front desk seems cold and rude sometimes....definitely not real friendly...( I did not vote for Donald Trump, voted for Hillary....do not believe in the "The Wall" and have always supported "The Dreamers: program ...but because, I was an American, I think I was treated very poorly by front desk.....Hey,Ameigo, who the Racist,Now...huh?
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful beach club and grounds
Cons: Food sub par. Horrible wifi
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent if your main goal is to relax at the beach. The beach was ideal. Rooms are simple and clean, but lacking in charm and coziness though if you can get an ocean view it makes a big difference. Property is very beautiful and enjoyed a nice breakfast.
Cons: Rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Away from hustle and bustle. Staff accommodating and knowledgeable. Would return in an instant.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The beach club!
Cons: No wi fi unless in the lobby, they were also under renovation ... so construction noise was presente early in the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room. Simple yet modern design of the Hotel. Breakfast was delicious every morning and representative of local cuisine. Staff was incredibly friendly. And on top of that the hotel is environmentally friendly and uses part of its profits to help out kids in the local community. Very highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: No TV/phone in room. This is actually not a negative as it encourages time in common areas meeting other guest but it is something that you should be aware of if it matters to you.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: No internet Food poor options No amenities
7.0 Good
Pros: The beach is amazing and the view is great.
Cons: Food is very basic and the rooms are small and stuffy, without any possibility of hanging anything, no terrace, no fridge, no chairs. Ventilation in the bathroom was broken and could not be repaired. No fresh fruit juices! In Mexico!!??
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The pool by the beach is good, but you walk down a big hill to get there. The rooms and bed were comfortable. Close to airport and not far from main beaches.
Cons: The service was awful, prices high and poor food/alcohol. Paid all inclusive....big waste of money and they charged an extra cost of 500 pesos per night for the balcony when they didnt advertise online on the website or booking.com. also, the capitan of the restaurant argued with me about how i take my espresso in the morning? They also didnt have eggs one morning...was so confused. also they charge you a whack of taxes ontop of booking.com fee so your price ends up being way more than you thought.

Pros: Staff Balconey A/C Location Bathroom TV Channels
Cons: Noisy bar nearbye
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, simple and pleasant. Very nice staff, the rooms were clean, Internet worked well, and the drinking water is free. The only inconvenience is that it is a bit of a walk to get to the beach. At least 5 minutes all downhill (uphill coming back!), and you arrive at the most unpleasant part of the beach, where all the fishing boats are docked. If you are planning on a proper beach holiday be prepared to walk about 15 mins to get to anywhere decent for sunbathing.

Pros: Clean, nice staff
Cons: Lots of road noise

Pros: Good air con, good location, kind staff, free water

Pros: The room and pool.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable
5.5 Okay
Cons: Restaurant no good and prices higher.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Some of the staff was very nice, it was a beautiful place
Cons: We had a situation where one of our friends needed to come over for a few hours and they try to charge us extra per person. We explained that they were only staying for a few hours but ended up having to pay extra because the front desk person was actually fighting with us about it. There’s never a manager on duty.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel and it's grounds are so lovely. Firm beds (which I like), wonderful pool, and a terrace/lawn area with a view of the ocean. You can see the sun set there and swim under the moon. Another plus here is that is about a mile to a fun area of restaurants for both morning and evening. And a bit further to some fantastic beaches. Quite wonderful. Oh....and it's very quiet at night.
Cons: Can't think of anything right now.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Beautiful “Arabic-themed” hotel on the Northern edge of Puerto Escondido bay, 5 mins from airport. Clean simple, white themed. Nice pool, big bedrooms, sea view. Excellent selection of restaurants 10 minutes walk away.
Cons: Slow and intermittent WiFi. Couldn’t add breakfast to my bill - had to pay in cash (which they then had to take to Reception anyway. Bonkers!) or card.
7.0 Good
Pros: It's well located nice and quiet place close to the airport, the beach and the town the pool is accessible all day long, the food was good the staff was kind and friendly. I'll stay again .
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very clean. Friendly cleaning staff.

5.8 Okay
Cons: Nice Place with Nice staff. But it located just next to the main street with traffic all night. Didnt get much sleep.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nice sea view and comfortable bed.
Cons: It's located right on the main road, that's why the rooms are very noisy.
7.5 Good
Pros: We had the garden view. The Garden is not really that great- but it is secluded (there are two Garden view rooms right next to each other - but they are secluded from the other rooms and the restaurant) and you can get changed with the door open. THe room is nice and has a good size as does the small bathroom. The bedding feels nice.
Cons: The fan did not really work. Even on the highest speed it only made a mini breez, so we felt very hot. There is a main road just behind the Hotel - in the mornings and at night the Buses/Trucks are quite loud and the earth vibrates from them.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nice view off balcony shaded till late afternoon. Wife loved the cozy bed. OXXO right next door. A little Rustic real Mexico.
Cons: Road traffic a little busy, but we slept through the night ok for the most part. No dogs or roosters!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was incredibly comfortable. Great sheets and pillows and a mosquito net. Nice onsite restaurant. Staff were friendly
Cons: The water kept turning off when we were there. I think they were having some pipe troubles that they were fixing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality shown by hosts. Amazing food at restaurant. Some of the best we ate in all Mexico.
Cons: Only dislike about this property is its proximity to the main road. Unfortunately our room was quite noisy at night as it's a busy road that never really stops. There were some rooms down lower on the property and these would be ideal.
7.0 Good
Pros: - The couple who runs the hostel are lovely and very helpful ❤️ - There is a mosquito net above the bed which is super necessary
Cons: - The room is very old and we could hear different animal sounds on the roof - as if it was inside the room. There were holes on the wall as well, so it was possible they would appear inside. - because the rooms are constructed with simple material, there is no soundproof - we could clearly hear the couple next door! - Mosquitos. The rooms are surrounded by pure nature, so there were more mosquitos than any other place I've been in town. I've been beated by mosquitos only in the hostel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was big and really comfy and the room felt safe and quiet. Our room also had a hammock outside which was nice. The staff were very helpful and super friendly.
Cons: The room got really hot at night, there was a fan but the mosquito net over the bed meant that the air did not really reach you when on the bed. Would’ve been good to also have a security box in the room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I was in trouble cause I had just lost my credit card when I arrived, and this place welcomed me with open arms anyway. I got a lot of help, and we figured it out! It was a very pleasant stay! The food is amazing, the beds are good, and the view is beautiful. Most amazing thing was the amount of care that was taken of me - I am very grateful for that.
7.0 Good
Pros: The owners are really nice and welcoming. The room and the bed are spacious The food at the restaurant is very good
Cons: The main road is just above the room and it is quite noisy. It’s quite far to walk to town. The beach isn’t far though

7.0 Good
Pros: the attention of the staff was very good, it is a convenient place to rest with some food and transport near by.
Cons: Everything was good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff lovely, allowed us to check in super early after a night bus, got moved to a better room and it was one at the front of the hotel with a little balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean, awesome supermarket next door. Air con great, beds comfy, cable had some English channels, good hot shower.
Cons: Our room leaked badly when it started raining but they were pretty empty so we got moved to a better room. Kitchen wasn't very nice. Location is good for buses as it's right near the ADO station but otherwise is a little far from the beach. Hotel seems popular with holidaying Mexican families. No breakfast included.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: My wife live and work in the region, and we needed a few nights away to rest, and Pargos was perfect for the price and reasonable comfort. The AC and Wifi were great. A really good place for the price. We'll return undoubtedly.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A nice view, comfortable beds, awesome location and a charming and helpful staff.
Cons: Be careful when booking and paying online because it seems that Booking.com system are not well integrated with the property so it’s better to pay at the spot.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Simple familyrun hotel with comfy beds. Twenty minute walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. Good tacos close-by. Children very welcome.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a great budget hotel close to everything with incredible hosts.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Price. Polite staff.
Cons: Run down and very dirty.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I was the only guest, which was a bit challenging. I was locked in, one day, for 20-30 minutes as no staff were around and they had locked the external gate of the hotel. I used translator to ask how I could get out of the premises, in these circumstances, in the future. However, the one English speaking staff member was fantastic...taking the time to explain the area's attractions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helped us out a lot. The pool was nice. The location was very convenient to many places. ( bus, taxi, shopping, beach)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were welcomed so warmly by the host, he gave us great recommendations for everything in town and an easy to use map! Our room was lovely, even came with a balcony! We loved the location in the center of town, great local eating spots around and easy to walk in either direction to beaches. Absolutely recommend!
Cons: Nothing really, bathrooms could do with an update but the price you pay reflects that.

7.0 Good
Pros: I loved the pool.
Cons: The rooms are basic and it would be important to let know the guests that they only accept cash to pay and not card, also, they do ask you for a bond of 500 pesos. But apart from that it was all good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: Every morning at 6am little yapping dogs bark for hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the location was perfect and the staff was friendly and was an overall great stay.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms, lovely grounds and pool.
Cons: Some rooms can hear noise from resto bars across the street.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Loved the location . Staff was friendly.
Cons: Didn't like being charged an extra 200 pesos or day for a.c. which we had no choice but to have so we could drown out the very noisy bars across the street , rooms were so basic that there wasn't even a toilet paper holder , towel rack , face cloths , hand towels . The fridge was 20 years old , rusty and had one temperature, FREEZE!

Pros: Place was near to beach and venues

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and big room
Cons: Location and food restaurant
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The building and all facilities were excellent, I have stayed at 5 stars across the world and the simplicity of this property met all expectations.
Cons: would be ideal to have fridges in rooms and a few ice machines. was very very quiet so limited options, more of an apartment like feel rather than a hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. The rooftop pool was really really nice!!
Cons: No fridge in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is spotlessly clean; the air conditioning and wifi worked fine; the rooftop pool was delightful, and we very much enjoyed the 10 minute walk to Zicatela - and the proximity to Punta. We also very much enjoyed the ocean view of our room. We had our daughter and 3 year old grandson join us at the pool a couple of times - and the small wading area next to the pool was a big hit!
Cons: The hot water was not reliable, which was disappointing. However - what really bothered us, though, was the fact that the ONLY English-language TV channels were all Fox News channels. While we appreciate that the owner or manager have the right to their own political views, there should be at least one channel (CNN, MSNBC, BBC, Al Jazeera… ANY other) that does not spew out Donald Trump propaganda; it tainted our enjoyment of Mexico to have Fox as our only English language option.
7.0 Good
Pros: the pool and sunset were amazing.
Cons: takes abut 10-15 min walk to get to anything, but we knew that ahead of time.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Restaurant only o pena umtil 4 pm Away from other Restaurant Internet not so good
5.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel comes with a spacious room with good A/C and a fan. The daily cleaning of the room was done in a careful and nice way. The views from the pool terrace to Zicatela beach and the sea are good.
Cons: The hotel is not located centrally in Zicatela, so it takes a 10 minute walk to get to the closest restaurants. The hotel is across the street from Zicatela beach, however no bathing is allowed or recommended there at all times because of the high waves. There are virtually no people bathing, or even sunbathing or surfing at the beach in front of the hotel. The prices at the hotel restaurant are very high for Puerto Escondido, and above all, the high prices come with rather mediocre food quality. This was a big letdown, since the hotel is not that close to other food options. The breakfast options were a disappointment size-wise and also because it took the staff about one hour to (incompletely) bring a standard breakfast to the upper floor. There is a small "bar" on the terrace, however when we were there, there was no employee present and it is apparently expected that guests place their order by phone. On the first day there were problems with the Wi-Fi, which were resolved on the following day. However, it seems that at peak times or due to other factors the Wi-Fi only works really slowly at times. The service at the reception is okay, but not always helpful. Often it is claimed that they will revert back to you later e. g. by phone, which never happens. This is not a 4-star level service in my opinion. Late check-outs are possible but charged with MXN 200 per hour. Our room was not very soundproof, which is a disadvantage in a hotel with many kids. We listened to the neighbor's TV for most of the time we were in the room.
6.3 Good
Pros: Confortable, ideal for resting. Made for families
Cons: Doesn't really have a beach club
7.0 Good
Pros: New hotel with great view on the Zicatela beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The pools on the rooftop and on the second floor were nice. It was quiet because the hotel is placed 10 minutes of the centre of Zicatela.
Cons: The rooms were smaller than shown on the website and they offer only rooms with two beds with ocean view. But both beds are too small for two people. The equipment of the rooms is very simple without any atmosphere. In the night you have to take a taxi because of the dark surroundings. Beach at the hotel is not for swimming.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good position, very clean
Cons: Tha staff was not very kind

Cons: Internet did not work well at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Set in a great location in the heart of the old part of Puerto with great views, the property is really one of a kind. Like an old beach town villa, the character of the property itself as as charming as the location in this great little beach town. Great service by the staff and very clean.

Cons: Very old hotel and old furniture like everywhere in Puerto Escondido
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is charming! Staff are friendly and helpful, location is ideal, the rooms are comfortable and the pool area is lovely!
Cons: Wish they had a cafe or had coffee ready in the mornings, but we made our own in the kitchen upstairs, so it worked out fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and manager could not have been more helpful. The building is beautiful. Such an interesting design. Spotlessly clean. Lovely pool area. Great for families. Great place to stay. We stayed in suite 4 and had a perfect view of the sea.
Cons: We stayed over the Easter weekend and we could hear a bit of noise from the local disco but not bad enough to disturb our sleep.
6.8 Good
Pros: The view was very nice and staff was nice although did not speak any English...buy why should they. It was nice to have the balcony because of the sunset and view
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable. The stairs to climb to get to your room and the stairs to the kitchen on the top floor. And the fact that you had to ask for the key to the kitchen which meant having to go down 20 stairs to get the key and go back up to the kitchen and do the whole process again to return the key. Wifi was very slow and mostly didn't work. No hot water. It was good for one nights stay
8.3 Excellent
Pros: pool staff
Cons: stair lighting
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very quaint little hotel with old world style and a beautiful view from our balcony. The facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool was a great area to relax and swim when not a the beach.
Cons: There are a lot of stairs but that is the nature of Puerto Escondido in itself.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a good location, with friendly staff and clean as well. Overall a good choice to stay, although it's not on the cheap size.
Cons: the WiFi is unreliable. It keps connecting and disconnecting. Not much signal in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is situated on the zicatela strip, and is the more upscale part of puerto Escondido. The hotel is situated very close to the beach, the hotel restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly.
Cons: Staff does not speak English. I wouldn't call this a negative, because when traveling to a foreign country you can't expect that they speak your language
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was right in the middle of the Zicatela Beach Restaurant and bar strip. The air conditioning was a relief after a long sunny and hot day, and Javier (front desk all-around helper) was fantastic, helping with all of our needs. He was the friendly face of the hotel as the front desk staff was not particularly friendly.
Cons: The internet was not functioning in our room so it was inconvenient for my partner to work online when he needed to. The vinyl mattress cover on the beds was very uncomfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bellboy was super attentive!
Cons: Wi-fi wasn’t very good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The crew it’s very friendly a soon we arrived they take care of us immediately and take our suitecases to our room,ac on Botles of water in the room also we request for a soccer game in tv and they setup on time always anticiped to our needs they give us information about the places around they make feel very welcome as a family I’m very pleased with the service
Cons: Shower needs a little bit of attention the water runs out not bad but can be better
7.5 Good
Cons: Cleaner bathrooms
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Hard beds. Could heard the tv from the next bedroom. No chairs for balconies.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was really clean and the staff real helpful and friendly. The location is great since there are a lot of restaurants and bars around and just a few steps from the beach. The hotels restaurant is not bad either, we had breakfast there daily.
Cons: It was just me and my wife and we were given two queen sized beds instead of a king size. We used one of the beds for our luggage so it seemed like a waste of space.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: It wasn’t very clean, informed that there was a problem with the air conditioner, water was leaking from it, and it was ignored. The water going down the drain went down very slowly and I informed the staff and they stated that’s just how the room is.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff was excellent, location is good.
Cons: But our reservation was for 3 individuals and the had us booked in a room with 2 beds, so one of us had to sleep on mattress on the floor. They were also renovating the guest room next to our and the construction was extremely loud and rattling, not what you want in the heat of the afternoon during traditional siesta time.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. The pool was great also, and the beds were super comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom did not have a proper door, so it was not very private. Others had to leave the room if you wanted privacy. We did not like that at all.
