Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, shopping, and dining. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, with many guests noting exceptional service throughout their stay. Breakfast was frequently described as tasty and varied, with fresh products and thoughtful options for early departures. However, several guests mentioned significant noise from the street-facing rooms and the lack of an elevator, which made access challenging, especially with heavy luggage or for those with mobility issues. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and heritage charm of the hotel left a positive impression on most visitors.
