Cons (-) Location: was right off the highway and could hear traffic all night Pool: was dingy, did not use Bathroom: wasn't very clean yet had strong chemical odor TV: could not change channels by going up or down, had to punch in a four digit number which would often mess up due to crappy remote and became frustrating. There was no guide via the TV either so no descriptions of what was on each channel lug...

Pros (+) Easy access to/from highway. Room with 2 queen beds was large enough for my family of 4.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly
Cons (-) Trying to put lipstick on a pig. Hotel is run down: carpeting, furniture, curtains. Silverware was dirty and also the chrome in the elevators was filthy. Definitely needs an upgrade. The fire alarm went off in the entire building and everyone had to leave their rooms in their pjs.

Pros (+) Clean... easily accessible to I 80 all highways... shopping and cinema close ..... quiet .... family and pet friendly
Cons (-) Pool so cloudy would not go in ... bfst was cold oatmeal and coffee ... no microwave to reheat ... but area clean and monitored

Cons (-) The room appeared clean however both the shampoo and conditioner appeared used which makes me concerned that it wasn't actually clean, just appeared to be clean.

Pros (+) We like how nice the staff was and helpful
Cons (-) I did not like that we book on Expedia was so expensive 126 dollars and to book strait from the hotel was only 91 dollars and that was with taxes

Pros (+) The lay out of the room. The staff did appear to be working hard although there was not enough to meet guest requests. Synthetic pillows were in the room.
Cons (-) The furniture and carpets were dirty and worn. Bring slippers! The breakfast was not enjoyable/nutritious and cleaned up early. The phone was not answered the several times we called ahead of our arrival. The pullout couch is not comfortable. Unable to get onto the Internet.
