Pros: The hotel was really situated very close a lot of accessible venues at just a walking distance.

Cons: They also had a very friendly customer service ready to assist in anything. In general, I had a really pleasant stay.

Cons: Even though we booked a non-smoking room but the cigarette smell is so strong and uncomfortable.

Cons: The room could have been cleaner. Apparently the toilet wasn't very clean, also one of the windows was too small for its frame and let in noise from the street as well as a draft.

Pros: Nice hardware. Fancy lobby, almost cavernous. Elegant room, comfortable bed. Nice lighting, though the controls are confusing.

Cons: Software only so-so. Check-in took a bit long. Someone smoked in an adjoining room. Staff mentioned that we could have stayed on a non-smoking floor---would have been more useful to know on check-in, rather than check-out. Bathtub faucet is installed in a way so that water splashes over the floor.

Pros: The hotel is stunning, lobby vast and breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful; I felt like a truly honoured guest. My room was absolutely stunning too.

Cons: My room was too warm, but others will like it that way.
