Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly criticize the hotel's cleanliness, with many reporting dirty rooms, stained carpets, unclean bathrooms, and even bedbugs. Service is also a point of contention, as several guests mention unhelpful or rude staff and issues with housekeeping and extra charges. However, some guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location and the breakfast offerings. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with multiple complaints about uncomfortable or dirty beds. Overall, while the location and breakfast are positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and bed comfort.
