Guests consistently highlight the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the staff, with many noting their helpfulness and welcoming attitude. Cleanliness and room service also receive positive mentions, as does the quality and variety of breakfast. However, several guests mention issues with noise from traffic or poor soundproofing, and a few note that the location is either noisy or not ideal. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its service, cleanliness, and amenities, though improvements could be made in noise reduction and some facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
