I had the room with the pool (more like a one bed apartment)- excellent value. The pool and terrace area was fantastic as was the communal one below. Great location near the beach and with regular buses to Chania.
The food and drink is set up for the all inclusive package and there was no beach service - but the beach bar next door is a really good option.
The rooms and generally the facilities of the hotel were great! The location of the hotel was ideal!!
The all inclusive program was really poor, anything that was good was not included in!The food and the drinks were average .
Location was very good. Breakfast was well set up. i would have preferred breakfast lasting until 11:00.
As i mentioned a later breakfast until 11:00 would have been preferred. Also the complimentary massage offered to my family was never used as the first availability was after we departed. This was a bit disappointing.
Air conditions in my room were too old and did not work so well! Hotel staff did their best to solve the problem, but i think all the air conditions in my room need change because they are too old and there is no way to work perfect!
Lovely hotel made even better by the fantastic staff. Food was good with plenty of choice, different theme every night. Some dishes weren’t as hot as they could’ve been but it wasn’t an issue. We rented the room with a private pool which was excellent & well worth the small additional cost. The pool area okay our room was a lot bigger than I thought it would be & it was great to have somewhere to relax in the sun, which was pretty much all day. The beach was fairly small but there were loungers available every day. It was a lovely spot to sit & enjoy a drink in the evening. There’s a couple of supermarkets right next to the hotel if you need anything. There’s land trains that do various tours & stop right next to the hotel which are great value for money & a good way to see parts of the local area. I can also recommend the open top bus tour of Chania which was also good value for money with free transfers into the town. It was also hop on, hop off so a good way to explore the town.
Not really any negatives, the main one was that some of the food wasn’t as hot as it could have been. It wasn’t a problem & didn’t detract from the enjoyment but as it’s something I’ve seen mentioned before they really could do something about it.
