Pros: Great location and staff very nice
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff upon check in were very helpful. As our stay continued they offered wonderful suggestions on what beaches to go to, where to see the sunset & what restaurants to eat at. It was my birthday while we were there and they surprised me with a delicious treat with a candle at breakfast. The breakfast was well appointed and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The shower drain was a little slow going down.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property nestled back off the waterfront/old town of Venetian harbour in Chaniá! Very convenient to pretty much everything - shops, restaurants, bars, etc. rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had great water pressure! Breakfast was delish! One of the few properties that’s has a golf cart so you don’t have to carry your luggage from public parking since there is no parking on property. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was superb. All organic and homemade. The hotel is eclectic yet homey. The staff, especially Crissy and Manolos were exceptional, extremely friendly, and made our arrival special and easy. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. Location is perfect to walk and explore the labyrinth of alleys lined with shops and tavernas. The view from the terrace is probably one of the best in Chania. I and my wife will come back again and again!
Cons: I didn’t like that I only had a short stay at Casa Delfino! If you park a car you’re on your own but there is public parking very nearby and the staff comes and gets you on a golf cart in 2 minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Hard to get to due to construction.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff. Excellent rooms, very spacious and clean. good breakfast
Cons: just getting to the hotel is a hassle, no car access so finding parking and moving your luggage in and out could be a problem.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, the facilities, the treatment of Anastasia and Maria !!! Beautiful people, we will try to return someday. thank you very very much
Cons: 0000
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning view and the beach one min froom room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Maria and Frau Anastasia are great hosts!! They gave us almost a home like feeling. Cleanliness and centralised AC in room are remarkable. Beach behind hotel is quite nice and enough umbrellas are available freely along with beach towels. WiFi works problem less ( even on beach behind). By car you can reach places like Falarsarna and Elafonissi beaches in around an hour. Chania can be reached by local (may be crowded) bus. Plenty of restaurants around as dining options are available.( My son liked fast food in front of the hotel called friendly's food) Super markets are also on walking distance. In summary, we had quite memorable family trip and I would recommend this highly.
Cons: Actually nothing!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extraordinary place, in our opinion the best on this part of the coast. The house is beautiful, standing close to the sandy beach. It has a small tropical garden with tall trees that provide a natural shade. The house is functional and elegant. It provides both - space and privacy at the same time, which is pleasant. Apartments are clean, tastefully and aesthetically furnished, completely equipped - there is nothing to reproach. The owners and staff are very helpful and welcoming. If you need anything, they will advise, explain and arrange. You can rely on them. We liked it very much. We will definitely come here again. Terézia and Dušan
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I want to thank Maria and her mother for this amazing opportunity to be a guest in this beautiful hotel . They did everything to do our staying comfortable and great ! The apartment is very lovely and clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need and a beautiful sea view! I hope I’ll come here one more time ! Many regards and thank you very much ❤️
Cons: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kristall Suites is exactly what we needed for vacation on Crete. :) It is like on the photos and even more beautiful-ambient of the property, it's the most beautiful compared to others around, exterior is giving you a feeling that you are in more luxury space, little cute private beach, big and small terrace with amazing sea view, comfort of the apartment ( inside everything that you might need ), super clean and spacey, cleaning on a daily basis, location ( Chania center is 15 minutes away ), great hospitality of the owner Anastasia, really making you feel welcome, relaxed and like home. When we come back to Crete, for sure we will stay there again! :)
Cons: Car noise from the street behind
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, pleasant staff, nice beach with free sunbeds and umbrella, I suggest sea side appartments, economy is street side
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host was very very nice. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. Bed sheets changed daily. Large balcony with table. Kitchen facilities. Right next to the beach (private beach) in backyard - free lounges to use for costumers, outside showers and nice terrace with dinning tables. Very close to shops, restaurants and the express road.
Cons: A little car noises - our room had street view on the ground floor. The bathroom was very small and had an open shower right on the floor with just a courtain. No shampoo or shower gel, but for this price you can bring your own :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything - it's perfect. But if I have to pick one thing, the attention to detail in the cleaning and the preparation of the room is better than I've seen before for such a place.... But then the view, the breeze, the sound of the sea, family vibe,... Yeah, it's perfect.
Cons: Nothing - it's perfect.

Pros: The place is great for staying. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very well kept, beautifully clean and fresh. Lovely gardens. Staff friendly and very helpful.
Cons: The apoartments are quite a steep walk from the Main Street/ beach. My travel companion has heart problems so struggled a little with this. For me.. great excessive. Would have been helpful to have known this prior to booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Little gem, 5mins up a slight hill from the main road, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, fab sea views, great playlist at the pool and delish cocktails
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the fact that it was a real family run hotel not an impersonal corporate affair and everyone was approachable
Cons: Didn't like the bathroom window being left open after the cleaners had attended i.e. security impacts (sometimes we were out all day) Limited times for food availability i.e no evening restaurant Food prices a little high & portion sizes too small e.g. very small plate of chips for 3.50 euros is unacceptable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place with amazing view at the sea. Super clean room and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!
Cons: Lightning in the room could be more cosy but it's not a big deal!

Pros: Very good location, near the port and many nice typical shops and restaurants. If you pretend to visit Chania, it's a great hotel to stay, considering also that is not too much expensive. I recommend this hotel.

Elizabeth Suites - Darátsos - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
A stay at Elizabeth Suites places you in the heart of Chania, steps from Agioi Apostoloi Beach and a 2-minute drive from Golden Beach. Featured amenities include laundry facilities and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The personnel is very friendly and professional, offering truly caring service to accommodate our needs. The rooms are really nice and spacious while the outside pool with the surrounding garden area offer a relaxation sanctuary. Would definitely recommend for both short and long term stay!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A large room with a nice sea view. Short distance to the beach. The host is very friendly and helpful
7.9 Good
Pros: It is a nice little apartment hotel within a short walk from the beach, and a 15-20min bus ride into Chania city center. Pool area is cosy with enough shady spots in the morning and late afternoon for a family with children. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, it is a place worth spending your holidays at.
Cons: Although a nice place for adults, not the most comfortable option with little children: a lot of stairs. In order to access the elevator, one needs to walk up a short flight of stairs. This is challenging with the combination of a little person, a pram and luggage/shoppings etc. In our maisonette apartment - constructed in a loft-style - there were two flights of stairs. One of the stairs lagged a hand rail which meant that we had to be watching our toddler non-stop while he was asleep and running around. But that goes only for families with little children as well as those with physical restrictions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet place with relaxing, warm atmosphere. The hosts and the staff were superb - very friendly, always ready to meet all our needs. We arrived very early, at 5.30 in the morning. We sent a notice of early arrival in advance, and the room was ready by the time we came, so we could have a short rest after the trip. The living conditions were excellent (the bed was just superb). The place is quite stylish and convenient at the same time. Very close to the beach. Definitely it is a good value for money. I strongly recommend this place.
Cons: Everything was just fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Even when all the apartments were occupied, there was a feeling of peace and tranquility.
Cons: A corkscrew in with the kitchen utensils would have been useful!

Pros: Sophia and all the staff are super helpful and happy to help with advice for the area. Sophia gave us arrival advice, bike hire and sight seeing advice. Amazing sunsets with clean and comfortable room. Would highly recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Giorgi’s Blue Apartments is a fabulous property situated on a quiet street and it looks out to the Aegean Sea! The private cove is fabulous. Sophia, who runs the place, is so nice and takes care of your every need.
Cons: Try to keep in mind it’s an apartment, so you may need items from a grocery store like paper towels, your own shampoo, etc.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - big apartments - nice beach zone - beautiful building - beautiful sea view
Cons: - difficult to travel without car, because of the seldom bus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartments were super clean, all staff were friendly and nothing was a problem. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area, bus routes places to visit car hire, take aways ordered, tables booked at restaurants for u on request. The pool area was one of the cleanest I have ever seen, staff were continuously keeping the place tidy, fantastic. Can’t fault the place.
Cons: Everything was fab x
7.1 Good
Pros: The view from the Pool area and ocean access was incredible. The. Breakfast was basic but the fresh oj was a plus. The lady working breakfast with long dark hair was always in a good mood and greeted us with a smile and good morning every day
Cons: There was an issue with the original unit we were supposed to be in and the management didn’t handle the situation in the best way and they did try to make up for the problem but it could have been handled much more appropriately. The bathrooms are small and showers are not the best but it’s doable for a few days stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff. Immaculately clean. Gorgeous views. Serene location. Great restaurants and beaches nearby. Best yogurt of my trip! Don’t miss the fun waves at nearby Kalathas Beach and the stunning views from the calm waters at Stavros Beach, just a bit further up the road.
Cons: I was hoping to swim in the ocean cove but I didn’t feel it would be safe, as the water is deep and not especially calm along the rocky coast. Fine for a dip or for more adventurous types, though. Breakfast options were limited. Eggs, meat, basic bread, dry cereal, olives, cheese. Great freshly squeezed oj and yogurt. I don’t eat meat or eggs so would have preferred varied types of hearty bread, a fresh fruit or two, and perhaps some fresh pastry. Restaurants and beaches are not really walking distance. But five minutes in the car will get you there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great pool, we had it to ourselves for most of the time and there were communal lilos etc which were fun. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and it was a great place to relax. Sophia or George are always happy to suggest outings, book restaurants etc. The pool bar was nice and Nelly made the best mojitos! Staff can help to arrange food deliveries if you don’t wish to self cater or eat out. The fresh orange juice machine was great at breakfast time.
Cons: We didn’t hire a car but probably best to do so to see more of the island and have more options for dining out but there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or a short bus or cab ride away.
7.5 Good
Pros: Immaculate cleanliness, nice swimming pool, lovely little private cove (rocky, no sand)
Cons: The property is very well maintained but would need to be revamped, upgraded. The beds should be more comfortable. The location is ok but not great. It feels like a suburb of Chania.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sophia, Iro, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay incredible! We will be back!

Pros: The 4stars are well deserved!! Friendy staff and helpful, location, breakfast and all were just right on. The room we had was from super nice. Old style to make you feel back in time but updated with all the comfort you need.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Historic building. Very helpful stuff. Very good breakfast and very good position of the hotel. Free car park in the near-by area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Roula was extraordinarily helpful arranging taxi rides, car rentals, and transferring our luggage from the hotel to the car. The hotel is wonderfully beautiful and quirky, breakfast was delicious, and the location for walking around Old Town Chania was superb.
Cons: There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms and some rooms have steep stairs inside the room. It adds to the charm but might be difficult for someone who isn’t very mobile, in a wheelchair, or a stroller. All of Old Town is pedestrian only so it requires a bit of a walk from the closest parking spot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly informative staff. Great breakfast with many choices included. Ideal location for exploring old town. Charming and historic building but very comfortable.
10.0 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice room in a lovely quaint, boutique hotel. We were late cheching in and Vasiliki stayed on and waited for us. She showed us nice places to eat and gave us Raki which was great! Breakfast was lovely too
Cons: No lift
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All was excellent. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to the Team, which created an absolutely unique, truly home atmosphere. This is the first time in my life and among almost 200 hotels I stayed in before, when I can definitely say: I was there like at home. Warm, friendly attention and care, excellent recommendations - it is really much more than I could expect from the hotel. Then I booked the room the hotel team by itself contacted me, inquired about my preferences, necessity of transfer and other things. I`d say that this hotel matches the very high standards of hospitality.
Cons: This is a really old house with thick stone walls. It caused some problems with wifi. It is enough only for very basic purposes. By the same reason, the stairs here are a bit narrow and a bit steep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, accomodating and traditional stay. All female staff and management were wonderful. Great stay!

Pros: Thanks to the staff for great tips on where to eat and what to do. Big thanks to them also for providing a takeaway breakfast for our early start to Samaria Gorge.

Pros: Excellent room and nice staff! The receptionists sometimes gave us different information, but they always solved the issues that occured smoothly. The breakfast was amazing!
Cons: It’s in a very touristy area.

Pros: Great property in a beautiful location. The staff were incredible and attentive. We rented a car and found it was easy to get around. Overall, great experience!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing: they felt more like friends than waiters. They remembered our drink preferences every time, they took initiative in always approaching us if we could need anything -even when you could see they were very busy. The rooms are very modern and new and high standard -not like other traditional Greek hotels. Fluffy amazing bathrobes, shower with rainshower and wallshower and handheld...(a little heaven after a day in the heat), perfectly sound-isolated rooms, all amenities included. Sunbeds on the beach are also included for hotel guests with fluffy beach towels. The beach is calmer, and less stones than on the others in Platanias and you can walk far into the water until it gets deep. Breakfast is not very big, but very fresh and very satisfying! Greek salad, cold cuts and cheese, fruits, yoghurt with greek honey, sunny side up eggs.. they only thing we missed was tzaziki and pita bread! No hidden fees or charges for using AC or safety box -like you can expect elsewhere in Greece. We felt safe and well taken care of, we slept SO GOOD in the comfy beds, and all in all this was worth the money! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
Cons: Just a minor detail: The instant coffee/milk powder machine for breakfast was not tasty. Would rather have had presspots of fresh coffee or be offered one free hand made espresso machine coffee per person.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. On the beach. Very friendly staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Very nice beach with shallow water.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and well facilities
Cons: Room service food delay and suggest us other food
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good variety of restaurants and quality of the food. The staff was very proactive and nice, all of them were fluent on english. The room was what we were expecting.
Cons: The sunbeds in the pool were very crowded, as people wakes up early just to put the towel and leave. I‘d appreciate more staff managing the situation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool bars. Big pools.
Cons: The location of our room was looking on the sea and we had strong winds and we couldn’t use our pool because of the strong winds.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was specious, breakfast was impressive, WiFi was good and main swimming poor was really good.
Cons: Not easy to get a sunbed as people where leaving their stuff in the morning (without actually using them)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The concierge, Sania, explained me various information clearly and kindly.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location near Chania was good and the concierge service was very professional and gave us good advice for trips in the area. The room we had was big and quiet enough.
Cons: This property caters much more for families with young children and had the feel of a hotel that was part of a package holiday rather than a 5 star resort. The staff was friendly but some looked like they would rather be in a different job. The furnishings for a 5 star hotel were cheap and in need of maintenance. The water in our shower didn’t drain properly and the furniture, being mostly white in our room and throughout the hotel was dirt stained from use. The main breakfast area was huge and had the feeling of a canteen. The Cretan breakfast room was much smaller and more pleasant. In all this hotel is not how it how looks in the pictures.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The pool in the suite was fine and the Asian restaurant was good. The hike which was arranged by the gym was good.
Cons: To start with the description of the hotel on booking.com or the hotel website were completely not accurate. The resort and am using the word loosely was a through back to the 80s. The room phone was not working and it took 2 days to fix. The shower light turns off after 10min and no one fixed it. 4 times there was power outage. When we asked for an upgrade for our second room the extra was higher than both the hotel website and booking. On the website it mentions water sport activities but that was 20min drive. It’s mentioned the resort has 4 pools but never mentioned that 2 of them are across the road on the other side. For the price paid you would expect much more than what’s on offer. An absolute rip off
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a deluxe suite when we arrived. Great choice at breakfast. Pool lovely.
Cons: No iron in the room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this hotel. All the staff and the facilities are great. We ordered some dakos from the room service and it didn't disappoint - very tasty. Wonderful experience!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located just a few steps from Koum Kapi area and the Old Venetian Port. City center is also easily accessible, as it is a 5-10 mins walking distance. Nice and exceptionally clean rooms. A small pool on the rear side of the hotel (towels for the pool offered from the hotel reception for the guests), where one can relax. Breakfast tasty with lot's of options. Easily accessible by car or public transportation. Parking in the area is easy (in front of the hotel or on a small public parking, just behind the hotel). The best choice I could make for my stay in Chania! Definitely recommended! Tip: In frond of the hotel, there is a small open theater. If there is a concert or anything else planned (when I was staying there were music concerts with traditional music planned), it can be a little bit noisy. If you think it might bother you (me I enjoyed it a lot - listening to music an having a beer on my balcony!), just ask for a room on the rear side!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, location was excellent and close to everything we needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The possibility to relax at the very nice swimming pool also after the check out; The possibility to check out one hour later; The kindness of all the staff :); The extended breakfast time.
Cons: The room (mine was a superior) was not very big, but you see the sea and it is quiet; The breakfast could be improved.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location! Close to Chania town; shopping and restaurants.
Cons: The air conditioning could have been better and the room was a bit small.
6.7 Good
Pros: The morning coffee machine. And staff good.
Cons: Room very small. Was promised a nice sea view balcony. Paid for it. It was 2x3 ft. Not usable. Loud music across the street. All I got was an 8 % discount. Very disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at Kriti. Everything was great, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very well located - close to restaurants and the old town - and the breakfast is delicious, with many options. They were very kind with us on our last day and prepared a breakfast box as we were living early in the morning. Great pool and very nice facilities, our room had a beautiful view to the sea and the windows are soundproofed, so we could rest very well during the night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and very comfortable beds. After a trekking in the Gorge of Samaria, the swimmingpool was the best. The staff was very nice and friendly, help us in every thing.
Cons: Nothing

7.5 Good
Pros: Cleanliness is very good. Food is tasty. Swimming pool is nice. Staffs are kind.
Cons: There are not enough entertainment activities(We stayed 13 nights). It's not exact all-inclusive hotel(time limitation and few variety). The beach is with stone and the sea is not very clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, great food, great stuff!! Everything very clean, beautiful area, the stuff is very friendly and helpfull. My kids have to eat glutenfree. It was no problem, every day the responsible person told us exactly what the girls could eat from the buffet and it was more than we expectet and the food was great! The hotel is outside and there is no town or village near. To explore the island or some of the cities a car is necessary, or as we did, we took a cab once to Chania (there is a bus going there too), and once we booked a giuded daytrip to Knossos and the Museum of Heraklion. The weather was great but sometimes windy, wich was good because it was not so hot but there was rough sea thän and we could not go swimming into the sea. But it was no problem because of the two beautiful pools! Thank you Silver beach crew for such a great week!
Cons: Everything was great! Nothing to improve!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The whole complex is very spacious and our room was huge and could be divided into two, perfect if you have a child. The staff are amazing (especially Eleni!), nothing was a problem for them. The food was also pretty good for a buffet style serving.
Cons: There's nothing the hotel can do about this, because it's just where it's located, but the sea is not the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is I N C R E D B L E Eleni in the big pool, the lady in the restaurant, the cleaners, all excellent.
Cons: The beach in front of the hotel is not the best in Crete - but hey, get your car and explore a bit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit, it was excellent first time and since has had an extension and another pool built and is even better. The new family suite was spacious with a sea view and was immaculate. Plenty of beds around the new pool, which is stunning. Loved by kids and parents alike. The new restaurant is clean, bright and spacious with seating outside as well. The improvements have made what was already excellent, even better! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had such a warm welcome, it was lovely. The attention to detail and their guests is second to none. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming it gives the hotel a very family feel. We will definitely return. The kids always tell us that they have the best food and want to move there!! Thank you to all at The Silverbeach for helping to create more treasured memories, hope to see you again soon!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Well laid out and presented. Excellent spacious rooms with a fantastic walk in power shower!
Cons: Location was good but there are much better beaches further up the coast. If you’re not too fussed about a dip In the sea and prefer a pool then this hotel is excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Paradise! Excellent! We come for the second time, we came last year we were absolutely satisfied and came again! The location is great, quiet on a big sandy beach but also close to Chania that offers nightlife! The room is pleasant, big, crystal clear and with incredible sea views as if you were on a boat! I especially appreciated the good mattress as I have a problem with my back! The food is very good with Cretan, Greek and international cuisine in a comfortable, sunny area! I loved that it we could dine by the pool watching the beautiful sunset! The famous Cretan hospitality is a reality here! We were welcomed and served by the same friendly people we know from last year! Irina, Stavroula, Helen, Anestis welcomed us with a genuine smile! We already recommended it to friends who came, were also very satisfied and will come again. It's a paradise, we will definitely come next year!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for traveling to some of the best beaches on Crete. The resort served a good mix of local food plus other types to meet all tastes and needs
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room, facilities, pool, parking Irini was amazing.
Cons: The food was bit poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This resort was what I expected for the money - very happy with what I got. I knew it would be a buffet - not 5-star quality separate restaurant facilities; and I knew just soft drinks, beer and wine were included, but mixed drinks were not. For the price I wanted to spend after spending on transportation costs, though, I was VERY happy. The buffet was basic - good for teens - but clean and plenty of fresh greens and Grecian specialties. The point of our trip was to visit several Greece locations and take in the history - this was a relaxing last-stop before going home. (When I'm older and traveling without teens, I might opt for the 5-star!) The staff allowed us into our room a little before official check-in time once it was ready. On check-out, we were allowed to chill quietly in the comfortable lobby and enjoy the free wifi while we waited a few hours before our actual departure time. Beautiful pool. Very nice beach with nice waves. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - and spoke English to boot! They would sell a lot more drinks if they had someone taking orders at the beach and pool, though!
Cons: Have someone take and deliver drink orders and the beach and the pool - and put a flyer about the half-price drink days/hours under the door each day as needed (or tell guests of those times upon check-in).

7.9 Good
Cons: i saw lot of hair on my bed. and house keeper entered the room when we were sleeping.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cretan Dream Royal exceeded by far our expectations! We booked a junior suite with a garden view, however we were surprised at arrival with an upgrade - instead of our booking, we received a big apartment with private pool! :) Very nice amenities, perfect pool with endless view to the sea, very good cocktails by the pool. :) Great food in the restaurant, both in quality and variety - breakfast and dinner. Perfect service, very smiling and helpful staff. Beach in front of the hotel was lovely, ocean looking with waves and life guard service. The hotel was organizing theme nights at the restaurant, which became fun parties. There is a small shop within the hotel offering everything you might need at reasonable prices.
Cons: The water in the private pool did not seem clean enough - during the night, while being lighted, we could see small worms in the water. The tunnel to the beach did not operate.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very nice property, lovely grounds, nice staff
Cons: Too many stairs from room to pool/restaurant/main areas The MAJOR drawback.....worst looking beach I’ve ever seen in Greece. That alone, would make me not return.
7.7 Good
Pros: Beautiful pool & outdoor space , extensive breakfast, very nice view of the water. Very clean. Nice staff.
Cons: Rooms were a bit dated in decor & instead of one large bed for two people it was two smaller beds right next to each other. Not my favorite, but it's pretty common in Europe.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Pool area very nice
Cons: Toilet is a bit outdated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel itself is lovely, great views out to sea and the staff are excellent.
Cons: Our room balcony was just a a tiny bit too close to the road at the front of the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast , lovely staff , fantastic surrounding. I will come back !
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all very attentive and helpful, food and cocktails were great, location is absolutely perfect for getting in to Chania and all facilities were even better than expected from the photos!
Cons: Not much not to like! To be picky, the 15 minute free massage voucher gifted upon arrival was a bit misleading as it was actually more like an additional 15 minutes to a purchased treatment, but no real complaints!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in one of the rooms with private pool and small kitchenette, which was good value for money compared to other places. The size and cleanliness and comfort of the room were perfect. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and there were lots of themed evenings which was quite nice. The hotel is attractive and the infinity pool made for beautiful sunsets. The small mini mart inside the hotel was extremely handy, though there are also supermarkets nearby too.
Cons: Some of the decor in the room was pretty worn and dated - could probably do with a bit of a renovation sometime soon. The property is also near a pretty busy road so one can hear the traffic when lounging by the pool, though one quickly gets used to this and often the sound of the waves on the beach or the cicadas in the trees are louder anyway and very relaxing! We weren’t overly impressed by the restaurants in the area and preferred to either eat at the hotel or go to Chania or deeper into the countryside for better food options.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast was awesome
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Bad design of the shower meant that the bathroom floor was always wet
7.9 Good
Pros: Swimming pool was nice and good service. Nice view and good location.
Cons: Lots of ants and a bit pricy.

Cons: rooms were not close made it awkward when trying to keep and eye out for elderly parents.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: One of the most coziest hotels ever - felt right at home! Facilities were great, rooms and hotel very clean, and the staff were kind, courteous and ready to address any concern. Beach was clean and the sea water amazing!
Cons: Nothing to dislike....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quiet surrounding, only the sea waves can be heard! The arrangement of the hotel yard with pool and pool-bar, followed by sunbeds on green grass, and sunbeds on sand, near the sea. Excellent pool-bar & services.
Cons: The pool was closing - for safety reasons - after 8 PM, I would prefer to have it open until the pool bar was closing The food at the restaurant had no variety from a day to the next - indeed there were choices of different food, but every day the same choices. I expected something special at least from time to time.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice modern hotel close to amenities. Staff very helpful at all times. We had a noisy room but the staff did their best to deal with this issue in a helpful and polite way. Clean towels everyday and the rooms thoroughly cleaned. Thank you.
Cons: Our room faced the road and was above the bar area. This did mean that it was noisy i.e traffic noise and bar noise until 12.00pm. While this would not put us off booking again in this very nice hotel, we would definitely avoid a road-facing room in the future.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The front sea view, the perfect balcony ,amazing, the size of the room (huge!), the cinema giant TV the 15meters distance to the beach, the staff and the free parking. The short distance from the 2 paradise beaches of Crete (1 hour from falasarna and 1,5 hour from Elafonisi)
Cons: Wifi failed sometimes
4.2 Okay
Pros: This is a hotel located on an ugly place in front of a big avenue with a lot of tragic . It was overpriced for what was offered and breakfast was not included . The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful but swimming is dangerous as a big number of jerseys circulate very closevto the swimers.

Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. They very kindly agreed to give us a late check-out as our flight was in the evening. The beach was lovely (once the wind calmed down!)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right on the beach, good sized rooms, kitchen facilities good, room was spotless every time. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Fabulous overall experience!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I love nearly every aspect of my time here, the beach really is just on the front of this property, the garden is great and catches the sun nicely, the bedrooms are cleaned everyday and are super smart and modern the beds are very cosy also, my view was amazing and the place was super quiet, the lady who lives downstairs who was the owners mother was a really lovely lady, I wished I could chat to her as I'm sure she would have told me many stories, but she didn't speak English, the area is fine plenty of pubs and places to eat if that's what u like, the bus service is fantastic runs constantly every 10 mins and goes to the city or all the way down the entire coast which is exactly what a family or single person would like, the buses are super cheap and everyone seems to speak english, as from Crete, Crete is stunning.. Such a loving vibe..
Cons: Ok so here's what I found hard, its nothing major I'm sure but for me its a deal breaker, there wasn't a cooker only a one hobbed little camping stove, I like to cook on my holidays it keeps the cost down and in general I like my own cooking better than tavaners, there wasn't a toaster either, its the simple things I missed on my stay.. And that's all everything else here is great.. This is just my own preference pls dont let it put u off this place is great and I will revisit..
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property is exactly on a quiet part of the beach. Although it’s not the quietest beach, from here it feels like it is. The sun beds are comfy and there are trees you laze in between dips.
Cons: Nothing serious. The bathroom is a tad small, meaning everything gets wet when you shower. This is quite common in Greece though and the floor dried rather quickly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First trip to Greece, won't be the last . Extremely lovely studio with garden / sea view . Just a few steps away from the glorious beach. Every member of staff we met was so helpful and friendly . Housemaid kept studio immaculately clean every day with clean bedding and towels she worked so hard each day. Eleni the manager was tremendous, never in all our years travelling have we met anyone so kind and friendly and willing to help you whenever she could , that personal touch is so missing these days in many holiday properties. We stayed in the beach side studios , 100 metres accross the road was their sister apartment complex , wonderful views here over kato stalos and lovely pool and bar area. We wanted a relaxing beach holiday and that's exactly what we got here at Hermes beach studio's, actually it exceeded our expectations by far. The other bonus was everything is right on your doorstep, wonderful fruit store outside property, brilliant beach bar right next to property , next to beach bar tremendous resturant and accross the road supermarket. We have in all honestly had the most wonderful break here , we will definitely return next year, that i certain. Once again thank you all at Hermes beach studio's your professionalism is to be highly commended.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike , tremendous accommodation and staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Hermes beach studios. The owner stayed up late to welcome us arriving from Chania after midnight and later during our stay he arranged the breakfast to be served earlier than usual because we had to catch an early bus. The rest of the stuff was very communicative and welcoming. Even though the road is quite close to the hotel, it din't feel like it because of the pretty green lawn leading to the beach and the way the buildings are arranged. Importantly, because the hotel is fairly small, the beach was never too crowded and we always were able to get sunbeds to ourselves. Overall, our experience was very quiet and relaxing, can hardly find anything that could be improved.
Cons: The airconditioning in the room (while was great to have!) was very close to bed. While it was NO problem for me (and I am a regular 26 y.o. sleeper), my mom found it a bit noisy (and she is an extra sensitive sleeper). If you know you may be sensitive to this sort of thing I'd suggest to contact the owners and they could probably offer you a room with a different setup.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Wonderful place, warmy People.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean apartment and friendly owners. Nice to find a plate of fruit in the fridge on a our arrival. Very good value for money
Cons: Directions of location not precise
7.9 Good
Pros: Kichen was very well equipped, but the sea-view was not the same as in booking. Side-sea-view outside. No living- room/space. Very nice bath, bedrooms and perfect cleaning:-)
Cons: The sea-view was not the same as in the booking link. Most studios at the building had side-view to the sea when outside! No living- room/space should been informed (no problem this time coz the weather was great and we stayed outside).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is very lovely, all the stuff and the all property. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the terrace was breath taking. The room is cute, clean and cozy. The beach is close and if you want to have a relaxing, calm, beautiful holiday this is the best place for that.
Cons: Nothing!!!!

Pros: From the apartment direct acces to the beach. Lovely view! Apartment was very clean.
Cons: Small kitchenette and no place to sit or eat inside. Room on the streetside was very noisy, but we got used to it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We’ve been here for 7 night and we felt amazing. The place is right on the beach, you open the door and wake up with the sea in front of you. The room is just the perfect size and laaarge bed. Minimalist design and cosy one as well. Everything is so close: restaurants on the beach, the bus stop for Chania old town over the road. We didn’t miss anything by staying here. Thank you for everything!
Cons: The fact that no sunbeds on the beach although you could buy some drinks and use for free the sunbeds from the restaurants near by(100m). Just a small suggestion: a tall mirror would be so useful in the room and a pan. Didnt need it but there was just a pot.
