Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for accessing downtown attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. Some guests also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, noise levels, and the overall value for the price paid. While a few found the price reasonable and the amenities adequate, others were disappointed by outdated facilities, security concerns, and misleading advertising. Overall, the location and staff were the primary positives, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and upkeep.
