Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the variety and quality of food, the hotel's cleanliness, and its convenient location near the beach and shopping areas. Many noted the friendliness and professionalism of some staff members, especially in the restaurant and animation teams. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service consistency, long waits for elevators, and occasional unfriendliness from some staff. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests praising it and others pointing out areas needing improvement. The pool was considered too small for the number of guests, and there were frequent complaints about the lack of available sunbeds. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as food, location, and helpful staff stood out.
