Pros: Rooms were specious, clean and well decorated. Everything was well-thought from tea to coffee machine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great, we took walks to the Alanya center in the evenings. The distance to the sea was not that far and easy to walk. The designated beach area was nice and clean. Shortly, thanks a lot for the great hospitality.

Cons: There is no heating in the apartments. The location is within a residential neighborhood. There are no private parking spaces in the same apartments.

Pros: The food was delicious and there was a lot of variety every day. Meals even exceeded my expectations. The overall ambience of the hotel is lovely. The spa services downstairs are provided by Balinese women which was nice. Hammam and sauna were great and seemed to be clean.

Pros: This hotel has it all for those of us who have reduced mobility. I received a disabled friendly room with a wide entry door, a fully accessible bathroom and even a ramp onto the balcony. This was situated on the first floor accessed via a lift from reception but was also the same floor as the buffet restaurant so ideally placed. The restaurant was great with a wide choice of hot and cold food for all and the service was great all the staff very friendly and helpful even reserving us a table at every meal that was ideal for access but not in others way. The private beach was fully accessible as it was boarded and had a subbed specifically for wheelchair users that was higher than normal. The patisserie/ coffee bar was a wonderful place to relax after a hard day shopping and sunbathing with lots of variety on offer again. The hotel is ideally situated just a few minutes from the shops again all accessible in a wheelchair. A lovely place to stay we will hopefully be back soon.

Pros: The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever met! Everyone was really nice and helpful from the day we arrived. We tried the turkish bath (hamam) right away, and it was amazing. Our balcony had the view of the pool and the sea. The beach is only a couple of steps away using the tunnel, and you get to lay out on the pier on the sunbeds. They have a snack bar with turkish and international foods, but only until 4pm, and dinner starts at 7pm, so you need to be careful a out when you have the last meal before dinner. We visited Alanya one night, it is a short taxi ride away or you can use the bus that stops right in front of the hotel. On Thursday they had a market outside taking up at least 3 streets, it was a really good experience! They have themed nights, and I especially enjoyed the one with the DJ, who even played his music during the day to set the mood. I tired water aerobics and the HIIT training also, with a super nice trainer.

Cons: The hotel ranks five stars but there were few things which weren’t according to international five star standards: no toiletries such as shampoo, tooth brush etc in the bathroom. The bed was fine but the bedding (pillow and the cover) were not the best quality which you would again expect in a five star hotel. They were not bad but I would not give full five stars. Most of the staff were friendly but some could improve their customer service skills into the five star standards. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I would visit the hotel again. Be aware, there is a big road in front of the hotel.

Cons: Location is a taxi ride from the main strip, not walking distance. The bed has a memory foam topper making it uncomfortably warm and way too soft.

Cons: On arrival at 1am there was no food or drink on offer , so after a 11 hour journey we were a bit disappointed that an all inclusive property had no provision for late arrivals for a sandwich also on the day of departure there was no facility for something to eat as we were leaving at 6:30 and the restaurant didn’t open until 7 but this is just a small point as being diabetic I keep plenty of bits to hand to nibble just in case and perhaps it would be different in peak season?

Cons: The selection of meats is not the best. There was always either chicken or turkey and beef, but only 2 dishes. There were way more vegetarian dishes than ones with meat in them. Would have been nice to have a better selection. The drinks that are included in the all inclusive package are turkish vodkas and whiskeys which were not the best. If you want something they import (e.g. Jack Daniel’s) you have to pay for that. 1 dinner in the á la carte restaurant is included, and it didn’t mean you get to choose from the menu. They serve you a 5 course meal, and you get to choose the main dish you want to have (either chicken or beef). It turned out to be really delicious, but was a bit confusing.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about this hotel except for the lack of WiFi. It is only available by the pool or the reception but does not work in your room. You can go on the balcony but it connects to another hotel's WiFi so is very slow. Being able to use WiFi in the room would be ideal.

Pros: The cuisine was superb - great variety of main dishes (selection of meat dishes and couple of fish dishes for lunches and dinners every day), salads, side dishes, pastry and desserts! Everything was fresh, well-cooked, delicious! There was also a stall with delicious dietary dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. The waiters and bartenders were very polite and courteous, the service was smooth and not noticeable (in a good way). Food and drinks were available everywhere (at the restaurant, pool bar and beach bar) nearly 24/7. One could get fresh beach/pool towels everyday (free of charge) which was very convenient.

Cons: The hotel looks somewhat old and needs repairs. We stayed in the family room, it smelled of smoking. Ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working (wet all the time) and one of two AC units was not cooling at all. The second AC unit is directed towards the beds so we could not turn it on without catching cold. No soundproofing in the windows means no sleep for the babies until 12AM when discos stop. Almost no animation, especially for children. The pool was not cleaned daily, paper pieces floating inside. Hamam had no hot water in the tap, only lukewarm. The ultra all inclusive wine is terrible quality. One of two elevators was out of service almost all the time, and both elevators are too small for an adult with a stroller to fit comfortably. Instant coffee on tap is not good, no Turkish coffee, and no snacks for the beer at night, even for purchase. Many toys in the small children playground are broken.:((

Cons: The water from the babies' pool was cold. The beach is at 5-7 minutes away from hotel, no view to the sea as is understood from photo. In the evenings there was live or just loud music from other restaurants or hotels that we could hear from our room. For us was not very disturbing.

Cons: The rooms were rather tiny, quite old and, despite the non-smoking signs, smelled of smoke (it's more about the culture of stay of other travellers rather than the hotel quality; however, it was not contributing to comfort of the stay). The toilet was leaking and smelled bad. Room cleaning was done around 4 pm, which was not convenient when one wants to relax after lunch. The elevator was frequently going out of order. When in operation, the elevator was not clean, not pleasant to use. The hotel is in a rather noisy neighbourhood. A restaurant at the corner played super loud music till after midnight. As for the beach, the coast is rocky and it is challenging to enter the water. Rubber shoes are much needed for safe swimming.

Cons: ULTRA all inclusive?? I would say this means that almost everything should be included in the room rate. Why Turkish coffee should be extra? Or most of the alcohol? Also drinks..You could not NOT order some regular tasty drink such as pina Colada, Mojito, whatever. They just have a lot of syrups and mineral water (or sweet mineral water with some taste - same as mineral water with syrup). I would expect much more from all inclusive hotel. I also do not understand why they present that Turkish Bath is included in the price but when you go there they tell you that you can just take a shower there :D.. What? That's just funny..Rooms don't look very good too

Cons: The frigrator in the room was not allways working. Could not hold the food and drinks there cold. The guy who helped us carry the bags to the room first when we arrived, should never ask new guests where are they from! Or if we were kurdish or not. It's not his business.
