Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime beachfront location, with many enjoying the beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach. Breakfast and meals are often described as varied and satisfying, especially for those without high expectations, and some guests note the convenience of included amenities like sunbeds and umbrellas. However, there are recurring complaints about reservation management, with several guests experiencing last-minute relocations to other hotels, sometimes of lower quality. Cleanliness and service receive mixed reviews, with some guests finding staff helpful and rooms clean, while others report issues with housekeeping and unfriendly staff. Value for money is a concern for many, particularly when expectations for a four-star experience are not met due to outdated facilities, extra charges, or poor organization.
