10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, wonderful and clean room. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Easy on and off highway and ample parking. The entire facility was beautiful and obviously fairly new. Loved the thought that was put into the lighting and outlets in the room. Space for 2 suitcases to be set up was much appreciated. Things were well labeled, so had no trouble finding everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was good, too.
Cons: The view outside the window was sad. Lots of beautiful boat docks, with nary a boat in sight. The neighborhood was okay for walking - but I wouldn't walk alone after dark.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Brand new building, super updated facility. Room layout was great and spacious.
Cons: A little unclean in the bathroom. Found someone else’s candy bar wrapper in the ice bucket.

Cons: Liked it all
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved having breakfast available and the cinnamon rolls were delicious. The room was quite comfortable and was pleased to have a microwave and mini fridge available.
Cons: The hotel was great my issue was with the booking aspect, the price literally went up 40.00 a night while I was in the process of booking and the price charged was more than what was quoted. The hotel would not provide a receipt and I was told I had to get that from the source of the booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and love the little patio in the back. Beds very comfy & staff amazing. Breakfast was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing and all the staff was so nice

Pros: Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfy beds
Cons: Too much chlorine in swimming pool. The smell was overpowering. Couldn’t sit at the pool - felt as if it was getting into the lungs. Took the color out of my son’s shorts. Also the hot tub was too cool and jets were not very powerful.

7.5 Good
Pros: I thought the breakfast was good, the staff during breakfast was awesome and super accommodating The staff were friendly. Location was clean. The showerhead was amazing...loved it!
Cons: The smell of the room was like the carpets were damp from shampooing. The carpet was moist when you walked on it, so I left my shoes on the whole time. If you turned the air conditioning down it felt almost musty in the the air. Almost like the room needed a good airing out. The cleaning staff were not very friendly when walked by, we felt like we were intruding when we squeezed by the cart in the hall...even though we apologized as Canadians do.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was clean and easily accessible from the highway. Comfortable beds and a terrific desk staff.
Cons: Really no complaints at all.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fairfield standard, not the brand new but not too old either. Good beds and pillows and shower. Nice selection for breakfast and for snacks, drinks, etc. Right off the bridge from Canada.
Cons: Pool needs some work. Both it and spa didn’t seem sparkly enough to venture in.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: This place IS LIKE HELL!!!! :(
Cons: DANGEROUS... BE CAREFUL! THEY TRIED TO STEAL FROM US, HAD ROOM SMELLING LIKE A SEWER, THEN STAFF THREATENED US WHEN WE ASK FOR HELP. First the young lady at the desk spent 10 minutes manipulating us into giving her $250 extra for each room (cash) or she would not give us the rooms we already paid for. We would not and she finally let us have our room. Then room 1 (309) LOCKED US OUT. She said no one in the entire hotel is available but me. She changed room 1 to a room that had A FAINT SMELL OF SOMETHING FOUL LIKE RATS. We traveled from 5 am to 9pm so we gave up tried to blast the ac and window so we could sleep. The other room (2) had NO BATHROOM LIGHT. Of course the next room had the toilet running all night and alot more we wont share to keep this shorter. The POOL HAD BANDADES AND GRASS FLOATING in it. Ever wonder why so many reviews on here say "the hotub was great"? As 25+ people usually dont emphasize this I assume many fake positive review were left here. The next day we talked to a nice guy who we found out later did not help us at all with what we deserve. Later to follow up by telephone and ask for help, MONICA THREATENED US ON THE PHONE, she threw a huge temper tantrum right in the middle of our conversation after not letting us finish sentences 3 times. WE WILL FILE CREDIT CARD DIPUTE AND THEY GIVE ALL MONEY BACK TO ANYONE WHO NOTIFIES THEM. Please let me say that so you know you can get help. Please know this hotel seems like it belongs in the ghetto or high crime areas of Detroit, as Detroit does have these. My friend said to stay at a casino, PLEASE BE SAFE THIS HOTEL IS VERY UNSAFE, PLEASE.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Close to attractions. Close to restaurants. Blue Water Bridge was beautiful.
Cons: Room was dirty, found bottle caps from water bottles on floor, bathroom was real dirty...toilet not cleaned or floor. Then they tried charging me a 250$ fee for something. My card declined it. Also kids play scape was closed in pool area.
7.9 Good
Pros: Reception staff was excellent.
Cons: Bed was not made up and coffee and glasses not resupplied in the room M.

Pros: The only thing I like about this particular hotel was it's location (I needed to go over to Canada, and the hotel was literally at the end of the Bridge). Otherwise, I think this place was horrible.
Cons: Your staff was very rude and inconsiderate. We arrived at 2:44 pm, and he actually made us wait 15 minutes before he would check us in. He wouldn't even look into the computer to see if there was any rooms available (and the parking lot was empty). He just made us sit in the lobby 15 feet away from us, while he ignored us. And then when the clock hit 3:00 pm, he then would assist us. Completely ridiculous!! Oh, and by the way.... I actually requested an early check in on my reservation!!

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: ZERO STARS! No elevator. And not listed in description. We also requested first floor for medical reasons, and they were not met. We booked and paid for a kind room and they put us in a double. So the whole weekend I wasn’t able to sleep with my spouse. When it was supposed to be a get away for us. They did not call and tell us if the change or even tell us at check it. The beds were small! Then we lost power for like 4 hours. The pool has a very high pitched ringing that makes it unbearable to be in there. When we asked if they had ear plugs they looked at us like we were stupid. Also the room wasn’t equipped with enough outlets to charge your phone. The lights by the bed didn’t work. The bathroom was so small you could barley get in and out. The manager after hearing all this didn’t even have the balls to call us to make it right. We should NOT have paid for a KING and got a double. They didn’t even offer anything to try and make it right. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! I’ll also be telling anyone I know looking for a recommendation NOT TO STAY HERE! there was also a nasty roach thing squished inside the hotel floor map on the door. They didn’t even clean it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: There was no elevator.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: EXTREMELY thin floors! I could hear the people above us walking around all night!!!
