Drop off was convenient as there was a direct tram to town.Cons:
There was no place to park at the drop off as there were many cars. With only one person attending during a public holiday, it was challenging for him to attend to all - he was trying to find places to park the cars for customers and thus not able to attend to people concurrently.8.4 Very good

Pros:
the Mercedes Vito is a great van that accommodated our family of 7 comfortably. it seemed like we got great gas mileage. People at both ends of pickup and dropoff were great. we had a good rental experience overall.Cons:
Even though we rented for over two weeks, the van signaled that it needed oil or an oil change on the first day. I checked the oil and it was very dirty and a little low. We purchased oil and put it in. We were told to go ahead and drive the rest of our trip and call if we had a breakdown. It was annoying having the oil warning beep at us the whole trip. at the end of the trip the Ad Blue warning came on. I would recommend making sure the vehicle's fluids are all topped off if you have someone taking it for a longer term rental.Hertz
