Guests frequently praised the friendly and helpful staff, convenient and secure parking, and the hotel's peaceful location. Many found the rooms comfortable and enjoyed amenities like the pool. However, there were repeated complaints about the breakfast system, with guests finding it inconvenient, limited in choice, and overpriced. Some also noted issues with room size, air conditioning, and maintenance, but overall, short stays and the welcoming atmosphere were valued.
