Closeness to venue.
Yes, the carpet was nasty and the room smelled. All the plugs were worn out, our chargers just wobbled in the outlet. The lamp has rust spots all over it. The night table was sticky. The mattress were worn out. But for $---, $-- total with taxes it w

Front desk staff were friendly
Mildew and Mold was everywhere in the shower especially on the ceiling. Told the front desk and nothing was done. Room was only cleaned once. Breakfast food was horrible!!!
