Very horrible experience, the rooms are very cramped, some of the reception staff are very bad, rude and disrespectful, I complained at one of the staff and unfortunately, my email was not answered! The internet keeps cutting off. Elevators are very slow. The lounge on the first floor is very cold and there is not enough sofas for comfort. I forgot an important thing: They will try to take any money from you for any reason, and you will hear to the word "deposit" all the time!! I will not stay with them no matter what happens.
It's a bit of a walk or drive to many Glasgow attractions, but the riverside location is also very attractive; great staff, great facility for business travel on a budget.
