Cons (-) Black water every time you turn the hot water on in the sink or tub. Had to let it run clear, but is was a shocker when you saw it. No refrigerator in the room, so we had to throw out $30 worth of cheese and cold cuts. No coffee make in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee.
