Old and Tired
Black water every time you turn the hot water on in the sink or tub. Had to let it run clear, but is was a shocker when you saw it. No refrigerator in the room, so we had to throw out $30 worth of cheese and cold cuts. No coffee make in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee.
The hotel was very clean and the Staff were exceptional - nothing was a problem for them and they were always friendly, courteous and helpful.
it is very comfortable and very convient to the train and the city centre
the carpets are a little shabby
Excellent location and although not the cheapest it still offered excellent value and the rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated
all was first class
Beds were extremely comfortable
It was a long way to walk to my room
Good breakfast, very nice and modern gym.Swimmingpool is a plus even though a bit worn and shabby.
Small room, no refrigerator in room, not much storage place for your clothes. According to hotel policy at booking.com extra beds where available for children or adults, but that showed to be wrong. Maximum two adults per room was the answer I got when I contacted the hotel to get a confirmation of my booking (but they fixed it for us anyway). We also got a hotel restaurant bill on our room even though we didn't eat there. Despite the fact that we reported it to the reception right away and they promised to fix it they didn't do it. They also messed up the tray fee for breakfast on the room, but we managed to sort everything out at checkout.
Excellent service Room was lovley great way to spend a relaxing weekend with my partner for her Birthday
Very well run, comfortable hotel,Good food, friendly staff.
None that we could see.
The staff where excellent, The large coloured gentlman who greated us for breakfast was perticulary frendly
Very nice staff - all very efficient and friendly. Nice room with huge bed and 6 pillows for one person! Well stocked bathroom.
Refridgerator did not work. Floor heating in bathroom would have been nice.
Very pleasant staff and environment. Clean and comfortable.
Queue for breakfast was extremely long at around 10.00am. No low fat spread at Breakfast. Pretty minor really.
