Room service staff were great!
A few updates could be done to the rooms along with a dining menu and list of other facilities in the room
Loction, food, staff,
poor lighting in bathroom, poor internal telephone communication, housekeeping ,room service concierge
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the options for food at the buffet. The front Desk staff did a great job helping us print our airline boarding passes. The reason they helped us was that none of the four computers in the business office area were operating properly. Kind of a good news – bad news comment.
The cocktail lounge had some issues with the speed of service. They had the same number of staff on the busiest of nights as the slower nights. And one of the three days we stayed at the property, Housecleaning did a poor job taking care of our room. Coffee cups that were used were not taken, the room was not vacuumed, drinking cups were not exchanged but at least the bed was made. The property had three elevators but one was out of service during our entire stay.
A good breakfast with plenty of choices. Good bar meals with good service. Good location Handy for the city centre.
Staff were very friendly and helpful always. Very accommodating with the kids!
Our room was outdated, and it was disappointing: we had a family room. Not what you expect when you think ‘Hilton’. Beds were slightly sunken. Furniture and Interior of the room just not what I expected. Everything outside of the room was great.
