Excellent 10.0
Pros: The apartments were fantastic. They were very clean, comfortable and modern inside - all set within a beautiful old Paisley building. The location was superb with the train station only a short walk away (and the airport close by too). All three of us staying there felt at home the moment we entered the building such was the ambiance of the apartments and we will definitely try and book them again when we’re next up in Paisley.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Linin smelt lovely and nice touches and perfect location for us. The ice cube tray was an added bonus for my gin
Cons: Having to come home as was just getting our bearings
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host met us to hand over the keys to the apartment and showed us round. The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. It has everything you need for a short stay and more. Sky TV was a lovely little unanticipated extra. The location was ideal for local facilities. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation.
Cons: There wasn't anything not to like about this accommodation. It was that good that I would have cancelled a hotel I have booked next week if ti wasn't non-refundable as I would prefer to stay here and will stay here again.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Clean and host & hostess very helpful and friendly. Tastefully decorated and very quiet
Cons: No recycling
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, clean and tidy - had everything we needed for a short family stay at a great price. Beds were so comfy and the property was light and airy. Hamid was lovely and quick to communicate!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hamid was so friendly and helpful. The property was spotlessly clean and very central. We were very comfortable there. The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. We will definitely stay again.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: hamid is an excellent host, and house is very comfortable, clean and with a great location in paisley centre. area is quiet but with many services around. Only a few minutes walking bring to train and bus station with constant communication with glasgow, airports, etc.
Cons: bathroom lack of some elements. needs more hangers for towels, more light and place to plug electric devices. Also visitors have to take note that apartment is a third floor with no lifter. Not a problem for us but could be a concern for elder or handicapped people.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing flat, very clean and tidy, high standard of furniture. Nice a warm. Very nice place, definitely going to be back next time I'm down working. Don't think you'd find better TBH.
Cons: I've been thinking a while... Nothing.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: It very near my university campus and it just a walking 2-3 min away if you coming here to attend graduation ceremony with family . The apartment is just nice for family 3-4 ppl . There have kitchen facilities which allow you to cook . Nice & clean apartment place overall . Very near to Glasglow airport which is 10min away which you can ask the host to arrange for you as there no uber here in paisley . Highly recommended for group of friends and family to stay . It also about 10min walk to the nearest train station .
Cons: Most of the apartment here has no lift and if you have big heavy luggage it could be an issue.either than that no other issue.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great location with excellent local cafes and town walks nearby, just a few minutes to rail station; buses and full range of shops mostly through pedestrian zones. Friendly and helpful host available from small shop around corner where small homemade meals available to take back to flat. Very comfortable and clean beds and bedding, plenty storage and space and easy to use - warm flat even in cold weather. Recommend Alan's cafe for both take away and sit-inhttps://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g186570-d3678873-Reviews-Allan_s_Snack_Bar-Paisley_Renfrewshire_Scotland.html Frequent trains to Glasgow for concerts, 8-10 minutes right into centre and cheap tickets.
Cons: Would have been nice with some smaller cups and glasses and dish washer, also easier to clean cutlery. Parking in the street a bit inconsistent but alternatives nearby. Stairs may not suits all. We didn't like that paisley is not appreciated more, it was like going back in time in the BEST of ways. Litter in street and around flat entrance unfortunately a general problem in Scotland.

Excellent 9.5
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and beautiful building.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful Georgian house set back in a quiet road. Original features but modern facilities. Felt like I was at home. The staff were as gracious as the building and I feel the hotel is underrated. The rooms are well appointed and I loved the walk in shower room.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: We checked in late and the staff were still really nice and helpful. The room was really nice and clean, the bed was comfy. the breakfast was really nice. Would highly recommend this place and will defo be staying again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is a really lovely well kept old house and the room was great. The breakfast was good traditional food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in paisley or to use as an excellent bast for exploring the area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely large and comfy room, the convenient location and helpful friendly staff. Also the public areas are very attractive and inviting. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay here which was convenient for the airport but also we found Paisley a charming town.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The ambience of the building and the friendliness of staff. Our room was extremely clean and finally nice pillows.
Cons: The King bed was two singles pushed together. I realise this is common practice, however the two beds were not the same height. We still slept, it was just a little annoying.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location in historic area and elegance of hotel. A departure flight delay was accommodated smoothly by allowing us to stay for another night.
Cons: Sadly, the chef was ill and we were obliged to eat out.
Good 7.0
Pros: Spacious room. Location close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great
Cons: Parking under trees with flowers cos when it rains, the flowers all dropped and covered the car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautifully restored
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of great attractions in Paisley (unfortunately closed at the time we were there). The hotel itself is a beautiful old building that’s clearly full of history. Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very accommodating and Maureen (I hope I got that right!) was extremely helpful in assisting my mother with finding locations relating to our ancestors.
Cons: Would have liked ironing facilities in the room, however it wasn’t essential to us so we didn’t enquire.
Good 7.1
Pros: Very nice lady checked us in. Common rooms were pretty and very Scottish in decor. Room had a couch that was a nice touch.
Cons: The bathroom was very small. That I can deal with. But the faucets were not attached to the sink well and kept turning around. The hot water was running and filling up the sink. Finally got the water to turn off. The shower head dripped all the time but it just flowed down the drain. It appeared that the sink had tried to be repaired.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms were spacious and the staff was fantastic.

Pros: We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite on the top floor. The suite was lovely and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The shared lounge/breakfast area had plenty of character, a good spot for relaxing. Breakfast was cooked to order and perfect! The staff were lovely and welcoming, we wished we could have stayed longer! The location was ideal for us as we were traveling with a car. This is a truly unique property and the owners maintain it so well - highly recommend!
Cons: Only that we had only night to spend here! Just a note, as others mentioned, you do have to be able to climb a spiral staircase to your room - but the proprietor will carry your bags for you! Also we were traveling with a car so can’t comment on taxi costs to city/airport, etc.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Lovely and very interesting house. Friendly and helpful hosts provided excellent breakfast. Good choice for B&B.
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great property with excellent food and kind hosts. An experience of a golden age in history. First class.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Beautiful property was once a manor with extensive surrounding properties. They were developed but the mansion remains as is with comfortable, updated facilities, and lovely garden. The proprietor and his wife went out of their way to meet our needs with fresh roses, and a few other surprises to greet us. The tower suite was reached by charming spiral staircase - the proprietor carried our luggage.
Cons: It was a 2 mile walk/ drive to a restaurant.
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Good hotel, good location, clean tidy, nothing not to like.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Glorified cupboard On arrival at hotel yesterday, I asked at check in desk if another bed had been put in room as requested the previous by email. I was told that they had received my email, but had been replying to emails just before I sent request. The young boy at desk stated he was on previous night and did not see any messages. I asked if we could get bigger room, he replied that the hotel was fully booked for the night. I again asked about extra bed and he said he would need to speak to maintenance. We proceeded up to room 112, which was extremely small for a double. I then went down stairs to ask that if bedside table taken out could bed be put in, he said he would see what he could do. Once down at wedding, my friend went to desk to ask if anything had been sorted, and said we cant put extra bed in room, we asked for extra bedding to sleep on floor and said no way can we have 3 sleep in that room, he then said did we want to speak to Manager, friends replied yes. Manager came through to bar, again friends repeated what we had asked previously and he said ‘I can assure you 3 ppl will not be sleeping in that room tonight. He was very dismissive when my friend asked what we were supposed to do. He replied that we had emailed booking.com, and if didnt reply that meant we did not have any rooms available, I stated well in that should you not have let us know. I told him that I had emailed hotel direct on Sunday as I had been emailing regarding late check out, then said Show Me in a very abrupt rude manner. I showed emails sent on Sun with times etc, he then said leave it with me and we never saw him again. At this point the friend who extra bed was for was getting anxious because we live in Dunoon and not enough time to get to last boat in time to get home. Staff very dismissive of our prediciment and did not offer any reassurance or apology at anytime

Cons: A little out dated but otherwise great hotel.

Pros: Super modern and clean rooms and bathrooms
Excellent 9.5
Pros: modern, clean and well presented. the bed was so comfy. gorgeous breakfast and food in the pub was really good, quick service and reasonably priced.
Cons: sockets not in an ideal place, ie near a mirror so had to sit on floor to dry my hair. had to move kettle to the floor to make a brew as no socket near.
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean room. Nice bathroom. Nothing fancy but everything worked and better than I thought it would be due to being so near to the centre of Paisley.
Cons: Unfortunately I choose one of the hottest days of the year to stay so it was boiling and the window only opened a little. Also noisy as room was facing the main road but the ear plugs were a nice touch. The vegetarian breakfast was huge but the sausages were awful and hard and dry. Nice eggs though.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: accommodation and food was excellent , plenty of entertainment in the bar area staff were extremely helpful and friendly , would highly recommend it
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Staff friendly and room was excellent, we have stayed twice and both times been looked after really well, everything you need to hand

Pros: Got there late left early but impressions were good
Cons: Shower was a bit weak
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location was good, clean tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great
Cons: Hard for parking due to patrons in the bar. Noisy at night but to be expected as it is a pub. Thought Sunday night may have been a bit quieter but not. Had to shut windows due to road noise but also to be expected as right on the main road
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean room and comfortable bed, great shower. The room had everything you could require, even had Tunnocks biscuits! Good food, drinks and Sky Sports.
Cons: Nothing, parking a slight issue with having a large van.

Pros: Lovely breakfast
Cons: Sat nav direction using postcode
Good 7.0
Pros: The location. The feel of the historical building. A lovely breakfast with excellent service. Comfy Hotel that is my type of accommodation.
Cons: The booking in time was restricted to 23:59. My wife's arrival time was 00;05 so an earlier booking time was done.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Bed comfy River interesting, wildlife and fishers. Staff very pleasant and cheerful Menu varied and reasonably priced.
Cons: Trivial, but water in cold tap was not cold-a minor problem when taking medicines.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff were exceptional. Very accommodating to my needs . Very pleasant manner. Made the stay worthwhile x
Cons: There was still a used soap in the bathroom. From previous guests. Cleanliness wasn't the best for the money I paid. But couldn't fault any staff as they were great. Which is why I didn't complain x
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Fine for one night stay
Good 7.5
Pros: The convenience to Glasgow Airport. Front desk staff was very helpful and arranged for a cab for me.
Cons: The building is very old and run down. There was no hot water. The bed was clean and comfortable. Someone was smoking weed on the floor and the smell was around for a while.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have memories going back 50 years of this hotel as I originally come from Paisley, so I know what to expect. They were very helpful with my request for a room close to the elevator, as I have a lung condition and they were able to accommodate me with this request. Rooms were clean and bright and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing asked for was too much for the staff to fulfill.
Cons: I can't think of anything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was very good and very reasonably priced.
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 5.8

Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff was friendly and room was clean. Very close to amenities with easy connections to Glasgow and Airport. Short walk to everything you need. Very quiet and comfy bed.
Cons: Wifi in our room was poor; it only worked in a small portion of it, but we just moved the chair into the corner to access it.
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Not as described on booking dot com, complimentary toiletries, actually means 'bar of soap' and included breakfast seems to mean it's near a McDonalds.
Good 7.5
Pros: Good location, nice and quiet, room was clean and comfortable, staff very pleasant.
Mediocre 2.8
Cons: No toilet roll in room for both days very poor shower head high, very low poor drainage of bath and sink
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff were good and easy to talk to and did all that they could to help you.
Cons: N/A
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Apart from its location and its appearance from the outside there was nothing to like about this hotel.
Cons: The general impression I got from this hotel was one of an unsafe environment and the lack of staff overnight very much contributed to this.
Mediocre 2.3
Pros: Unfortunately there was nothing good at all about this hotel - I can't find one positive thing to say
Cons: The hotel was dirty and smelly, no towels supplied, filthy pillows, toilet blocked up, filthy sink, one of our party had a leak from the ceiling into their bed. I slept in my own sleeping bag on top of the bed. It was a horrendous experience
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: Close to airport rail station and motorway m8
Cons: Poor decorative state tired dirty and smelly
Mediocre 2.4
Pros: Proximatey
Cons: Cobwebs and dust. Musty smell. Springs sticking through mattress.
Okay 5.6
Pros: Close to airport and city
Cons: $review.cons
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: Bedding clean
Cons: No bar orBIG screen tv as advertised
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The close proximity to the airport was a plus - only a 5 minute drive. The room was clean and comfortable, even the shared bathroom wasn't in any way disagreeable.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: We'll definitely stay again. It was easy to find, cheap compared to other hotels. An interesting historic building; comfortable with a very good Indian Restaurant down the road. It wasn't posh, but certainly suited our budget. We heard later that this part of town was 'cowboy country' but we found the hotel area quiet and residential. We had a comfortable night.
Cons: Nothing we disliked really. An observation other guests had made was that there was only one member of staff, which probably reflected the fact that there were only a small number of rooms to look after. The one person was there on our arrival and in the morning so that was perfect - she cooked a very good egg and bacon on toast!

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Perfect location for attending Braehead Arena. Apartment is very clean. Manager is very helpful and great with communication.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was nice and bright
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and quiet accommodation Hairdryer iron microwave water dispenser all available.
Cons: I would have liked to see someone on arrival or to know my room number before I arrived as it was a vague process to know where or who to derive my reserved room from.
Good 6.8
Pros: Handy to get to the airport.
Cons: The entrance door to the guesthouse needs to be delt with as it makes a massive bang everytime someone goes through. We were on to the 1st floor and it was really loud.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Convenient location. Price. But you get what you pay for.
Cons: Very uncomfortable mattress. Shower and sink drains not working properly. No TV remote so no service. Absolutely no staff on hand. Never managed to see owner/operator. Phone contact only.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The water machine and the WiFi.
Cons: Dirty bed base, dirty mattress, curtains didn’t cover the windows and the pole for the curtains is about to fall off as the wood is rotten behind it, chewing gum on the floor, window ledge rotten, dead insects on the ledge.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The room was comfortable and quiet in the evening. I had a very good night's rest after my journey. The location was also very convenient - just off the centre of town and close enough to the train station to easily walk.
Cons: I noticed in the morning that the noise from the main road was very noticeable in the room. I don't think that this could be helped: it's always a balance between location and noise when you are in a town centre.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Superb location for a reasonable price. Parking can be a challenge but staff gave good advice upon arrival.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Price was reasonable and basically I got what I paid for. Ok for a one night stopover but no more!
Cons: As a lone female guest I was concerned that there was no visible member of staff around. There was a problem with initial access. I only saw a mos at the point of arrival. There was a tear in the duvet cover. The kettle had to be operated on the floor as the lead was short v the socket. Curtains were nigh on useless re privacy or keeping out the light from a security light and nearby traffic lights. Sealant in shower grubby.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Close to Glasgow airport, nice staff and very spacious bedroom!
Cons: Shower in the bathroom was a bit dirty
