It was soooo clean! The beds were cozy and the bath products smelled wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils and pots and pans.. all super clean and ready to use. It was a lovely stay.
I would have liked it to include free hot breakfast. They had cereal and muffins for purchase, but I would have liked a nice complimentary breakfast. A lot of hotels of this caliber offer it at no extra cost.

The heating system was cool despite our attempts to heat our room. It apparently senses when room is vacant and reduces the heat level. It warmed on our entry but cooled down while occupied by us. Must have thought we were out when we were in.

The desk staff was very helpful assigning us an upgraded suite after we walked into our room and found that our room was never cleaned and made ready.
Our room was never made ready for occupancy. The bed sheets were in disarray and obviously the room was not cleaned after the previous occupants had left. The room had discarded coffee and tea wrappers on the kitchenette counter.
