Pros (+) We always stay here when we go to Buffalo to see my daughter who goes to UB. Location and comfort is fabulous. The cookies are delicious!
Cons (-) The room we had was on the first floor and it was noisy. Not only did the noise from the next room filter in to ours, but the toilet was so loud when flushed that it woke everyone up in the middle of the night. Also, the TV quality was terrible. Very staticky.

Cons (-) I went here for A Great time with My Boys. 6& 2 on the Website it said there was an Arcade. There isnt.. Okay so No big deal then, just a Little Dissapointed. When I checked in the Lady "Manager" was Rude, No eye Contact, her tone was very Snotty. Their "Gift Shop" Was like 4 shelves , it was Awful. My room was Very Small. Didn't look like the Pictures. And my Stay most of all was not worth the 25...
