Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's unbeatable location near the Golden Temple and other attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Staff were often described as helpful and cooperative, though some guests experienced issues with service consistency and room allocation. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms reported as clean while others noted dirty linens and bathrooms. Room sizes were sometimes found to be small or lacking windows, and several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the amenities provided. Despite these drawbacks, the proximity to key sites remained the main highlight for most visitors.
