The room was dusty. It's a bit appalling that Kayak doesn't reveal the extent of the renovations going on at this hotel. Construction noise, construction debris, etc. Really disappointing that it wasn't disclosed. I will not be booking with Kayak again in the future.

This hotel is under renovation but I would say currently at its state, it is just one step above a motel. Everything was just old and dated and gave off the grimey feel. Rooms were small and the vanity and bathroom was small. The walking distance to Disneyland is great and parking is good. The best part about this hotel is the pool. Very clean and open. It’s 10 feet deep! I don’t think I will stay...

Pros (+) Great staff! Loved the gentlemen working valet, front desk and guest services even brought up a crib ❤️ Far exceeded the experience I had staying at Disney’s Paradise Pier the first portion of my family’s vacation.

Cons (-) On our way to our room you could smell marijuana really bad. Bellman noticed it too but nothing was done about it. No one answered guest services at 10am. We were trying to get the bellman back up but was t able to get anyone through phone. Called several times

Pros (+) Club floors for SPG guests. Nice pool area. Updated rooms in a tower walking distance from Disneyland. Fireworks views. Comfortable beds.
Cons (-) Thin walls between rooms. Average bathrooms. Shuttle is $5 per person. Parking is expensive too (more than Disneyland).

Pros (+) The hotel is located a few blocks from Disney land. That is good for families going to Disney parks but not really good for any other type of traveler.
Cons (-) I had to ask 3 times before the maintenance fixed the slow draining bath tub.
