Pros: "Seats were great."
Cons: "Food was less than acceptable. Service could have been better."
Cons: "Small plane, fully booked so they made me check my carry on. No one really seemed like they liked their job with the exception of the woman boarding us."
Cons: "No problems at all but flight was rerouted to San Jose"
Pros: "Nice seats. Good crew"
Cons: "Tell us it's in terminal 1. We already had to go back and forth through terminal 2 from checkin on one side, back up escalater to other side, then back to check-in side through security. I had to drag my checking bag since you have an extra small check-in size, so my roller stayed home. Then once upstairs it's 1/2 mi through the terminal back to 1. I would have picked up a bag mover if I had any idea. Since I did check-in on line, I could have gone directly in terminal 1 if I was told. I also would have missed my flight if I hadn't come early to the airport."
Pros: "Crew was very polite and accommodating."
Cons: "Seats and aisles are ridiculously close together and chlostophobic. I was in an aisle seat and was constantly being bumped by the carts, crew and passengers even though I had my arms within my seat area."
Pros: "Even though there was no TV screen in the headrest, we were all provided with IPads to view. The controls on the IPad were quicker than the in headset TV's. The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."
Cons: "I missed being able to see our flight path. On a long flight it's difficult to keep track of where we are and now much longer we will be in the air without the flight tracker. My baggage was misplaced, so I was delayed by needing to fill out forms for lost luggage. Thankfully, it was located before I reached my connecting flight."
Pros: "The Service was AMAZING!!!. I will ALWAYS continue to Fly Alaskan Airlines."
Cons: "Crowded plane TBH lmao...But overall thal I can REALLY complain about."
Pros: "The plane had far more leg room than typical airlines which was a pleasant surprise. It was newer than most, the flight attendants were polite and accommodating and the ride was smooth!"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "The burger was decent.. crew was efficient helpful if humorless, it arrived pretty much on time."
Cons: "Somewhat disorganized on the ground in Puerto Vallarta."
Cons: "I called and wanted exchange my flight purchase for a credit for another flight as I had gone into the hospital the day before and received a doctors note regarding an infection of the ear and I was instructed by my physician to be weary of flying immediately and I have the note from my physician to provide if necessary. After speaking with multiple people they said they do not have a medical clause and I could not get my money back or even a credit to reschedule a flight."

Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.

Pros: "Aircraft clean and crew very personable. It was the second day that refreshments had begun to be served again onboard."
Cons: "Tough to understand the gate agent announcements."
Pros: "Fast boarding and off boarding"
Cons: "Crew wasn’t as attentive. While my first flight (I had a layover) seemed extra attention and care was put into the cleanliness and order due to Covid, second flight seemed to be a little overcrowded."
Pros: "Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver."
Cons: "Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."
Cons: "The seat and area around me on this early morning flight were trashy-- old cups of cheese spread, cracker crumbs, and an empty water bottle."
Cons: "Flight was freezing. Crew was overly concerned about my tree nut allergy. Been flying for 40+ years and this was the first time any one has asked...appreciate it but they went overboard"
Cons: "Took forever to wait in line to board this relatively small plane."
Pros: "non stop flight"
Cons: "Crowded, small plane. No air after people had boarded while fuel was being replenished (dangerous?), sitting at gate for 20minutes. This, after a 2 hour delay. Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed"
Cons: "When we booked this trip via Kayak, we thought that we were booking on Westjet. Westjet knew nothing about the flight when we tried to check in."

In- flight crew was upbeat and helpful. Fluid boarding. Food options for purchase ran low on healthy options half way through cabin. Mr Noodles soup is a very low end option. There's far better brands available on the market ie : Nongshim soon veggie and Nongshim Shin Black beef broth. As a diabetic; I would have ordered cheese and crackers but were sold out before row 20.

The service cart didn't bother to stop at my row...

person sitting behind me on flight to Calgary was vaping

It could have snacks to purchase as what was stated in the card with flights over 1.5 hours

Cons: "More than an hour late departing. Added to that it was almost an hour before luggage appeared. Not West Jet’s fault but it made us even later resulting in some of our long drive of our drive to Grand Canyon being in the dark."
Pros: "Apart from the boarding process the trip was great."
Cons: "The airport had us board at a gate where we had to go outside in the rain without any warning. Many of the pasengers were families with small children and dressed for the sunshine and no coats or other protection from the elements. There was no warning from WestJet or the airport in the process from booking to checkin."
Cons: "I don’t like the charge for checked bag. It encourages people to bring too many and too large bags onto the plane."
Cons: "The food could have been better. I don’t mind paying but some nicer, healthier choices would have been nice. It is airplane food so no real surprise. :)"
Cons: "Getting from one flight to the other was a major hassle. How many times do they have to check your boarding pass?"
Pros: "Crew were fairly attentive, have experienced better. Liked the Canadian entertainment options, even if very limited."
Cons: "Seats were okay, the plane is really showing it's age. Movie selection was very limited, and very dated."

On our return trip we were able to get on an earlier flight. American airlines made it so easy to do & at no cost!

Cons: "The past two times flying with American out of Dallas my girlfriend and I have been separated on the flight. The first time we were able to be placed with each other but this time the attendant at the counter basically told everyone that because the flight was booked and there were so many people who had the issue that she could not move anyone around to be with their families. That on top of being rude to many of the flyers just makes the DFW experience with American feel like they don’t care about you."
Pros: "Air Crew was professional and polite - flight was quick and lasted less than 90 minutes in the air, was overall enjoyable"
Cons: "Gate attendant was fairly rude (could be a result of holiday travel stress) - several travelers didn’t speak English fluently, and she would snap at them or roll her eyes they weren’t comprehending instructions. Boarded extremely early (almost an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually took off about 20 minutes late. Not airlines fault and likely result of holiday backlog Retrieving baggage from plane was biggest issue - use a carry on to but was required to valet bag as opposed to storing overhead. Baggage unloading was late (again, holiday backlog) but no personnel were available to inform passengers of delay, and bags were not in initial cart. Resulted a delay of offloading by roughly 20 minutes. Was ultimately found in the second wave of luggage, and witnessed baggage handlers tossing luggage carelessly onto cart floor. Nothing was damaged but was annoyed at lack of communication and overall disorganization."
Cons: "I was asked to move from the front of the plane to the second to last row without a thank you or any kind of appreciation..."
Pros: "The crew was amazing, and the duration of flight time was reasonable"
Cons: "Comfort of the seat, space between seats"
Cons: "Things are getting smaller, we're paying more for less and less; it's all reducing except the cost. Generally flying is no longer 'special' it's kind of routine, like cattle herding--and the customer is the cattle."
Pros: "Our flight attendant was very polite and with a great attitude."
Cons: "The pilot arrived late because he went for a Tim Horton's coffee (I know that because I was in first row and I heard the flight attendants talking about that). Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."
Cons: "The flight was very good. The landing sounded rough with a lot of braking. Crew were really friendly. The food was expensive but fresh sandwich. Plane was beautiful. Lovely flight overall"
Pros: "Left lake but still made it on time"
Cons: "Aircraft was hot. I volunteered to check my carry on and on other airlines they’d let you board early but the lady just made excuses. It’s fine if that’s policy but I don’t appreciate made up excuses."
Pros: "I like nothing!!!!!"
Cons: "My flight was canceled and company didn’t give any other flight.... any compensation for it...."

Flying Business on Air Canada is wonderful. With ultimate destination in US, you get the Lounge. Only problem is there was no lounge in YQB so it had to wait until connector in YUL. Flight itself is only about 30 min like the old DC-NYC shuttle so there was no service other than almonds and the bottle of water that was at your seat upon boarding. Would have been nice to be offered a beverage and there was enough time to do a quick pass for the 16 seats. That and having a lounge in YQB are only complaints, but that's very first world complaint. The FA were cordial and professional if not warm. It was a good flight and I'd do it again. But, word to the wise, it's a very different experience doing border check in YUL than YYZ. Long walk and had to go through full screening (including taking off shoes and having to chuck the bottle I had just gotten not knowing there was going to be a frull screening since there was no warning) at YUL even though never left the terminal after landing. YYZ was just a passport check. This is not A/C's fault, but travelers should be advised/warned in advance so they know what to expect especially since you land and have access tot eh terminal and it's stores and food before you get to border check. If you have mobility issues, the distance can easily be a problem and there is no warning of how long it is until you have reached the end. My mom would not be able to navigate it and someone like her may not be able to stop in the middle of an empty long corridor to ask for mobility help. A sign offering how long (10 Min, etc.) the walk is like at new LGA terminals goes a long way. Also can be stressful if you're tight on time for a connection.

Very bad checking in and pre-boarding experience. We came early to pay and they were unorganized and did not know how to handle the transaction. Caused us to miss our flight and our meeting in Toronto. Very bad experience

The boarding lady (as nice as she was) was alone which slow down the process, we change gate 5 time and left 3 hours late

I travel frequently, and this was my first time flying with Air Canada. I was not impressed. Both of my flights were greatly delayed, and my luggage was lost. I have never had my luggage lost before, and when I went to speak to someone about it, I was told to scan a QR code and fill out a form. I was given no explanation of what to expect next or when I could expect feedback. I do not recommend flying with Air Canada.

One of our pieces of luggage is lost and is still missing. I would like someone from Acadian Air to contact us. 513-444-6806

People friendly and tried to help. Flight was delayed due to technical issues. Missed all connections. Rebooking was extremely physically and emotionally inconvenient.

Air Canada lost our luggage, we are still waiting to hear when it gets delivered. Unfortunately Cleveland is not our final destination, it is very inconvenient not to have your clothes.

Advance notice to set up passport software to board plane to Toronto

QUEBEC TO VANCOUVER FLIGHT WAS DELAYED, SO RESCHEDULED VANCOUVER TO SEATTLE.. QUEBEC FLIGHT WAS EARLY SO WOULD HAVE GOT THE ORIGINAL VANCOUVER TO SEATTLE FLIGHT. BUT HAD TO WAIT 3+ HOURS FOR VANCOUVER TO SEATTLE FLIGHT. THIS TOOK ONLY 40 MINS. BUT HAD TO WAIT 70+ MINS. AT SEATAC FOR A GATE. AIR CANADA AND SEATAC SURE HAVE PROBLEMS.

The flight was 4 hrs 35 minutes long, the good and beverages didn't come to us until over 2hrs into the flight. The boarding was confusing as the employee flipped the sign right before boarding started, which confused everyone, she was very apathetic.
