Gross rooms, old bed with those weird fitted comforters from the ‘90s that kind of look like a comforter but with no stuffing. Bed was hard, paint was flaking off and showing drywall in the shower and around the trim areas, check in took nearly 30 min and I was only 3rd in line, overall just a shady hotel

Cons (-) WiFi was not working the entire 5 days I was there. Had to switch rooms because door wouldn’t lock and TV wouldn’t work. Once I switched rooms the bathroom light went out on my second day there. I asked 3 times for someone to fix it to no avail. Had to shower in total darkness the rest of the trip. Breakfast was same everyday and over cooked eggs were not good!

Cons (-) I initially booked this spot because it had a pool. Upon arrival I learned that it was closed due to the earthquake. I feel like that should be noted on your website! We checked in, went to our room, and only one bed had a blanket. We went out around 5 at which point I asked the front desk to send a blanket up. When I got back at 10pm, still no blanket. Pros (+) The rate and the location were great and they had laundry facilities. 2 blocks from the incredible museum.
Cons (-) First floor rooms don't really allow you to open the windows and the laundry room is far away.

Pros (+) location, location, location The rooms were clean and everything functioned well. The staff at the front desk was nice and professional. We also appreciated the free and tasty coffee at the front desk. Thanks!
Cons (-) It appears that this was a motel that was turned into a hotel. It just seems run down and a bit weird. It just doesn't seem like a standard hotel you see these days. Overall though it was ok.

Cons (-) The only coffee provided was decalf. The name on out front is for the bar/restaurant, not the hotel.. I think it needs just one strong name for the whole establishment rather than multiple names.
