Pros (+) I enjoyed the downtown location near quite a few excellent places to eat. I did take a cab a few times to midtown and the University and the front desk was very helpful in arranging my cabs.

Pros (+) For the location, in close proximity to local bars and such its well worth the price. great live music in the hotel bar.
Cons (-) One of my towels was kinda dingy, downstairs door from parking lot wouldn't open I had to walk around to another door. The neighborhood is pretty rough around there. Very limited parking.
