Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and city access. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfortable beds and good breakfast offerings. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests noting dirty rooms, old furnishings, and infrequent housekeeping. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and breakfast stood out for most visitors.
