Cons (-) Everything. Hotel was old, dated, run down, dirty.
Pros (+) Hotel is okay. Not the cleanest or most up to date, but acceptable. Most of the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) My room was not ready at 3pm check in. We had an event to attend at 5. Had to check in later because they could not even give me an estimate of how long it would be before a room was ready. The woman at the front desk treated me like I was an idiot when I expressed my concerns about this. Very rude.

Pros (+) Pool, hot tub, breakfast were all good. Room was a good size and clean.
Cons (-) We were in a third-floor room, and one of the windows that overlooks central area of the hotel was left open. We have a two and a four-year-old, and we're lucky both of them stayed away from that window until we noticed it. Bathroom fan cover was hanging on by a thread and almost falling down; drain plug in the bathtub was broken.
Pros (+) Convenient location. Nice, friendly staff. Reasonable prices.
Pros (+) Nice place all in all. With a little work they could compete with the Hampton next door.
Cons (-) Noise! Complained about 6 times about the noise all night. Security guard came up repeatedly but it continued as soon as he left. Place iso in bad Need or maintenance. Peeling paint etc. In hallways takes much away.
Pros (+) It has a very warm and hard working staff at the reception. Huge Rock garden with couches to sit around and relax. Free WiFi, without any password or signing in. Indoor heated swimming pool. Kuerig machine and cups available in each room.
Cons (-) Buttons to call elevator were not working properly. Carpets inside the elevator was dirty.
