Pros: Excellent staff. Great location. Great beaches
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this property. It is a boutique style hotel with a bed & breakfast feel. You definitely receive individual attention here right from the start of booking. Shortly after booking I received an email from the hotel asking for my ferry or flight info so they may pick us up. Kostas met us at the ferry terminal and during the short ride to the hotel pointed out things to see, where to eat and gave many tips on the island. The hotel provides car service to the town at set intervals throughout the day. It's about a 20 min walk to town and there is actually a trail right outside the hotel that leads you to a beach. Daphne checked us in and sat down with and explained everything about the hotel but also gave us a map and marked down points of interests, best beaches and where to eat. They can make reservations for you as well as arrange excursions. Daphne made arrangements for us to rent an ATV with a reputable company for 2 days. They dropped it off and picked it up from the hotel. Chyrssa also went out of her way to make sure we wanted or needed for anything. The whole staff at this hotel is extremely welcoming. Breakfast buffet had a great selection that changes daily, is freshly made and is absolutely delicious. The hotel is very well maintained and extremely clean . We used the pool every day in the late afternoon or early evening after spending the day exploring the island. There were always plenty of chairs and each table has a button to ring the staff for service. We will definitely be back!!!

Pros: Good location. Easy walking to beach, main shopping area, restaurants and ferry wharf. Supermarket just around the corner. Staff freindly and welcoming. The room which had a lovely white decor ( not a floral pattern in sight) was kept spotlessly clean by a very efficient and friendly lady. Towels for the beach supplied at reception. Tea and coffee readily available. Enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: Wifi at times was a challenge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I chose this place last minute from www.greeka.com. The pictures looked great but it didn't do justice to just how amazing this place is! From the arrival, the wonderful greeting, taking my bag before check-in & the A/C on a super hot Greek day, I knew I made the right choice. This place had everything I needed for a peace-of-mind vacation as a solo-traveller. Wonderfully designed room, a great balcony to relax. Super comfy dead-quiet bed for my sleep. Coffee and snacks in the hallway all day long. And the BREAKFAST! Lots of choices, hot/cold, in an Instagram worthy outdoor table-setting, complete with SPA music. All this for my only 1-night stay. If available, I would have stayed here the whole time. Can't believe it's only 3 stars, compared to 4 stars I've seen in North America. It should be 5! ABSOLUTELY GREAT!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, in a great location with its own parking space. The staff was extremely kind, the breakfast was delicious, and overall we had an amazing time! We loved Paros and we will happily stay in Apollon again when we re-visit! Thank you!

Pros: A very nice little hotel! We were staying in this hotel for 4 nights, which was absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need for the perfect holiday. We enjoyed the very warm welcome - we were there for the first time but it felt like family! Nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, that are cleaned thoroughly every day. The bed linen and towels were impeccable clean and crisp! The lobby was pretty with sea shell artworks and cute pictures on the wall. The pool was very nice and had a good shade; and it was surrounded by a beautiful sitting area. The staff was extremely friendly with good ideas what to do and see on the island. They marked it on a map for us during explaining which was absolutely handy! The owner was very helpful and friendly, too. It is obvious that the people like their work. A great place to stay at when you’re in Paros!

Cons: The location was hard to find, was glad after getting off the ferry from Naxos, I took a taxi and the driver had to ring the property as he could not find it. I went out later on that afternoon and got lost
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Margarita's excellent hospitality
Cons: Everything was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Margarita is very accommodating, the room super clean and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay at her place again next time we're in Paros!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Margarita and her husband were lovely and picked us up from the port. Every time we saw them they said hi and asked if there was anything they could help with. The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. The kitchenette was well equipped to cook simple meals. The patio area was really nice. The WiFi was really good, no issues at all with it during our 4 night stay. There is a mini mart a few minutes walk away from the studios, which is handy. The studios are a 5 minute walk to the sea through some lovely little streets (we did get lost a few times although this wasn't necessarily a bad thing!)
Cons: Shower was hard to use at first and hot water was a bit unreliable. Mosquitos were around when we went which prevented us from sitting outside on our patio area for long periods of time but that wasn't the accommodations fault. It would have been good if a plug in mosquito repellent was provided, but we bought one from the mini mart close by for only 5 euros.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Margarita very cheerful and helpful. Room had enormous private roof deck with sun and shade. Peaceful country setting. Pretty room with everything necessary. She took us to the big supermarket just around the corner.
Cons: Very difficult to find walking through maze of tiny streets .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly family, clean room, comfortable beds and beautiful garden!
9.5 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location walking distance to beach and traditional settlement, large house. Margarita is a super kind lady who welcomed up warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. A+++
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This place was like a home away from home. Having stayed in hostels for 10 days the peace, quiet and space that Margerita’s studios offered was definitely welcomed. The host was really friendly and accommodating, especially considering we only booked the day before and arrived late. The rooms were well decorated and homely with more than enough space. Very close to the centre of Parikia by not so close that you can hear the hustle and bustle! Also very close to a large supermarket and several mini-markets! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Pros: Amazing view and great location
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location and fantastic view. Short walk across the land at the back of the property, giving direct access to a great beach and excellent beach bar. Parikia is a lovely town with much to offer and we wished we had stayed longer here rather than Naoussa. We can highly recommend Paradise apartments and I hope we will return there in the future!

Pros: Beautiful location overlooking the Port. Incredible sunsets from the balcony! An easy walk along the beach into town with restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff were accommodating and went out of their way to help us get the most of our stay in Paros. Would definitely stay here again!

6.3 Good
Pros: The location, the pool area, Bella the dog and the friendly staff.
Cons: The bathroom was outdated and our toilet continually leaked at the base. We paid more for our room (a triple, because it was a couple and a child) than our parents (a couple) and their room was a very similar size with a balcony. Ours didn’t have a balcony and the space inside the room for 3 suitcases etc was just too small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious and clean and had its own balcony overlooking a quiet side street. The staff were very efficient and friendly...I would definitely recommend this hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room appeared to have been recently renovated, it was fresh clean & inviting. The bed so comfortable, the bathroom was amazing the shower was incredible! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Cons: The only thing was in booking the hotel I had filter selected a fitness centre now although the fitness centre is across the round and is actually worth going too! It comes as an additional cost and unless I'm mistaken that wasnt the way it was advertised otherwise the hotel exceeded my expectation, the room alone made up for the fitness centre situation
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel was fantastic and with a great location, Livadia beach right down the street and a 10 min walk to the main area of Parikia and the bus station/port. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool which was nice. The pool area was perfect and the rooms had what you needed, with nice bathroom and super shower! Breakfast was very busy every morning and provided a good variety, but again a lot of pastries/cookies. However, the yogurt & honey were very tasty! There was a bar in the reception area and were given water and ice when requested. We were picked up at the ferry when we arrived but when we departed took a taxi, 25E, to the airport. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The people were so friendly, our room was great, breakfast was terrific looking out at the pool. This was our best hotel in the 3 weeks that we spent in Italy and Greece.
Cons: We enjoyed our whole experience. Nothing negative to say.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and keen to asdist. The Hotel is situated at a quiet neughborhood but just 50 mtrs from harbour and 10 mins walk from city center or the beach. Absolutely quality and value for money.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, staff excellent, pool clean comfy beds and pillows!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very confortable, they arranged a free transfer for us from the port, the pool area was clean and relaxing, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was good to explore the old town and the port. We were lucky that we didn’t have any noise group staying in the hotel, so our stay was a positive experience.
Cons: The breakfast definitely, could improve for better. It could have more variety and better quality, especially in the orange juice (it’s not natural, very artificial) and bakery.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Nice big pool. Good breakfast. Close to beach and town centre
Cons: Pool was ice cold. Was a nice place but just not much character, think I’m just used to staying in smaller family owned places
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The rooms and hotel was clean. The hotel is very good located, 10 minutes from the center and only a few metres from the beach.

Pros: Great courtyard with more than enough space for you and your friends. The room and the balcony were very nice. The shower was a bit narrow but there was no problem for us. Great staff, always smiling and happy to be of help Great cleaning Great location, near great tavernas and a decent beach. The best beach in Parikia is 6-7 minutes away, in the opposite direction of the city . Also 6-7 minutes from the center of Parikia. Very quiet.
Cons: Nothing to complain
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is a very nice hotel, with beautiful garden and good breakfast.
Cons: I wish we had a room looking towards the garden. The balcony was too small.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Great location everything was fantastic
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Staff were amazing
Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. 2mins walk to the beach and 10/15mins walk to centre of Parikia, to all the shops and restaurants etc. The hotel was very clean and the balcony was nice as well. Shower was also very good, it was nice to have a proper shower and it one very low on the wall.
Cons: The air conditioning just wouldn’t stay on so we kept waking up in the middle of the night too hot. Whenever we left the hotel we were required to leave the key behind which we also thought was odd. Also, breakfast should be included in cost, what you get for €6 isn’t worth it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Such nice staff! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, big room, good shower.
Cons: Too far from the port and town especially when dragging a suitcase in the heat. Noise from the street outside.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good size rooms that were clean. Sheets and towels changed every 2 days and bins emptied and room tidied every day. Quiet location but close to all the life that the main town has to offer.
Cons: Bathroom was tired and needed a bit of modernisation. Shower was very weak and the shower curtain did not fit. Kitchen lacks any space for food preparation....even sandwich making. No drainer on the sink and not a plug or tea towel in sight in either the bathroom or kitchen. Made shaving and washing pots cumbersome.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is located perfectly. 5 minutes walk to Livadia beach. The beach is sandy one. Thus there are no sea urchins there in June and September when they breed and it is prohibited to harvest them while there are many of them all over the Parikia Bay on beaches with rocks. Do not hesitate, by the way, to go to city and inside bay beaches in Greece! The water at Livadia is stunningly clean. The beach is good both for small children and for adults as well as the water gets deeper just several dozen meters from the shore. And at the same time it will take you just 10-15 minutes to walk in the opposite direction to the port area with Vidalis supermarket where you will find everything you may need, fresh fish shop next to it, our favorite bakery near it and a local fruit and vegetable market behind the wind mill at the port. The place has nice spacious outdoor area with a small fruit garden and some big trees next to it. Do not take it for granted as not many accommodations on the islands have such a luxury. The studio is clean and pretty well organized taking into account the fact it is not large. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them to get familiar with Paros we were on for the first time. We were lucky to choose this place to stay for ten days on Paros and we will stay there again when we are back. Thank you very much for making it so easy and relaxing for us to be in Parikia! You made it to be perfect experience we will not forget! We already miss the place and discuss when we may be back! :)
Cons: There was some minor stuff I would not even bother to mention taking into account the value for money ratio. It is not a five star villa in the first place and the owners do their best to give you everything possible for the money you are ready to pay. We are budget travelers and we appreciate it much!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff are fantastic. To be honest I've never had the bed changed as much in two weeks ever. (Almost every other day)
6.8 Good
Pros: The apartment was similar to each other, nothing special. At the back of the house there is a nice lounge set.
Cons: In the apartment next to me, my friends were burgled during the night when they were SLEEPING. They lost documents, cameras, telephones, all money etc. Unfortunately the host did not take it too much and the police too - I have the impression that theft is for the approval of the local community. The host could warn in order to close the windows and inform about that acident.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable accommodation close to to the beach and only a short stroll to Parakia with all its amenities. Lovely outdoor seating area at rear of property, perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying a coffee. 100m from seafront so no street noise at night. A truly enjoyable stay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Right next door to a beautiful family run breakfast spot with a nice courtyard and delicious homemade greek food. Highly recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's location was very quiet and peaceful but still in easy walking distance from town and a lovely beach. It also had a very large, comfitable and and attractive space at the back where you relax in the sun or shade.

Pros: Amazing place, amazing island, welcoming hostess, very kind and helpful. The room was very nice, with big bed, a lot of place to practise yoga :) We even had a balcony. The beach is very close as well. Will definitely come back here one day! :)

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful - the guests were also all very nice! The food was great and we loved the extensive buffet with live music we went to on Wednesday night. The pool is excellent - better than I expected and it was so relaxing for adults as young children have a small separate shallow pool. The beach nearby is great. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: My son and I absolutely cherished this family run hotel, the owner goes above and beyond for all guests at his hotel and a stunning Villa with 5 bedrooms. I would highly recommend this property! It belongs in slh.com.
Cons: Only a couple minor details which the owner is fixing....
6.3 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast, complimentary drop off to the ferry, nice view on Parikia however empty half build building just in front of the hotel.
Cons: Swimming pool water was cloudy and filter was not on for 24h that we spent at the hotel. Pool/ beach towels too old. Room beyond outdated with rust in the bath, old and worn out everything. One AC unit for entire two room family room. Mould smell from the wardrobe and the dresser. We paid £190 for one night and perhaps hence were assuming to get somewhat newer facilities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, great vibe & decor
Cons: No cappuccino included at breakfast
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We liked the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. We loved the view from room and bar. Food and drinks in the restaurant were really good.
Cons: A bit far out of town and a good 15 minute walk along a busy road into town. Breakfast choice could have been a bit better. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location easy access to ferry in the morning
Cons: We were told to leave our key and sometimes people weren’t there to leave it or monitor the key drop so we did not feel safe leaving it unattended
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic. There is action going on all around with people passing, sitting in the cafes, waiting for ferries etc however, once you go into your room and shut the door it's basically silent. They must have triple glazing on their windows. The AC was effective and really quiet so we slept so well each night. The room was cleaned well each day. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a special request for a kettle and the staff kindly obliged.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing, was amongst all the shops, restaurants and so close to the port and bus station! You couldn’t hear anything once you closed the doors! Bed comfy! Great view of the Sunset! Fridge in our room! WiFi works great! Cafe next door with discount! Staff were so friendly and welcoming!
Cons: Found the air conditioning unit hard to work!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: best location, directly in front of the port. not noisy at all. directly located in the action of the city with all the shops and restaurants around. very clean and we had a huge balcony looking at the water
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. Hotel Cafe excellent. Rooms well maintained and nicely decorated. Able to get us into our rooms quickly after we arrived. Close to ferry, the old town and other tourist destinations.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the Oasis for one night before catching a ferry the next day because of its location opposite the ferry terminal. The quality of the room surprised us and while it was ideal for our purpose we would not hesitate to stay there for a longer period. Although the hotel is in a noisy area it is soundproofed and the room was quiet with no outside noise intruding.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, very easy to find from the ferry port. Room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is great. Very close to plenty of restaurants, shops and bars.
Cons: The room cleaning in between each day wasn’t very comprehensive or thorough.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is right opposite the ferry terminal. Noise was absolutely not an issue. The location was excellent with water views. We were upgraded to the triple (room 13.) It was a great size room. Stathi at the desk was fantastic as were all the other staff at the hotel. They were all incredibly friendly. At the base of the hotel are a couple of cafes. Actually everything is at your fingertips.
Cons: If you have large suitcases the double rooms may be a little small. The bath rooms could be bigger. Apart from that everything else is great.
4.3 Okay
Cons: The hotel failed to deliver what we booked. We booked a Standard Room, with (1) a size of 25 m2 and (2) Free Parking in their ad. BUT the Room was no more than 12 m2, including a tiny bathroom of 1.1 x 1.1 meters. Also, the room was at the level of and faced a terrace with all sorts of pipes and air conditioning units, making it very unpleasant. In addition, to our surprise, we found that the hotel had NO parking. We had to pay for parking on the street between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. They provide utterly misleading information on the website concerning their facilities - e.g., size of the room advertised and free parking. And, when we told them, they were aware of what they advertised but seemed not to care at all. It was a terrible experience...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location location ! Wow it was right on the port so if you’re catching a ferry into/out of Paros there is no need for organising a taxi as this property is a 2 min walk away. It is also central to everything in Paros, the main square, the beach and the port (you can catch a boat to other smaller beaches or tour boats). The room was on the smaller scale but for a couple it was just enough for us! The room was clean and quite modern. The balcony was just absolutely amazing! It was huge and had the best views. It was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided.
Cons: .

Pros: Excellent breakfast and the room was very clean and comfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were super friendly! Helped to organise our transfers to and from the port and stored our luggage. Location is great as it is a 10 minute walk to the beach and amazing restaurants right on the water!!
Cons: Bed a bit uncomfortable and low. Breakfast variety a bit limited and cereal was stale.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good position, beautiful view from the room, good breakfast, free pick up service from the port
7.5 Good
Pros: Cute rooms, friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast was average, when the staff cleaned our rooms they left the doors open leaving bugs and mosquitoes able to come in
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a great location. No too far from the port but not to close which avoid you to have noise. The breakfast is great and the room was very clean. Nice view with a little balcony. The staff was extremely nice and helpful when you need some tips to visit Paros. Across the street of the hotel, you’ve got the bus station that can bring you everywhere, but also a rent company (cars, scooter, quad ..). We had a lovely time there. (Plus : there’s a corgi as a guard !)
Cons: Nothing !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great grounds, great decor, great room. Beds had extra padding, and the room had extra blankets and pillows. Phenomenal view. Also, our flight got rescheduled a day later, and the hotel didn't penalize us.
Cons: The chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable, but that didn't keep us from sitting out there. The hot water must have been solar heated, which means no hot shower in the morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, 5 minutes walk from beach and restaurants. Staff were really friendly, I'd asked for a seaview so moved us after one night. Breakfast was lively no rush and exceptional view. Lovely lounging area and pool. We arrived early about 9.30 check in went supposed to be until 2pm. We were made very welcome and had complimentary breakfast and got into our room at about 11am.
Cons: Nothing really, if I'm being picky I dodnt like the bathroom in the second room we stayed in as it was very small and had weird smell.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was near the bus stop, so it made travelling through the island much easier. Also, the option of early breakfast and transport was helpful and never a problem. Moreover, the kitchen chef was very kind and outgoing and one of the receptionist was often ready to help (apart from the fact that we did not get the twin bed). The breakfast was tasty, although very simple for a three star hotel.
Cons: The fact that we have stated that we wanted a twin bed, but got two single ones. The fact that when we joined the two single beds, the personnel separated them, despite the fact that we should have had a twin bed in the first place. What is more, we had absolutely no view, apart from the building in front of us. Moreover, the cleaning lady have not left an anti-mosquito device even one time, although it was promised. Additionally, the shower area was very small and it was difficult not to flood the whole bathroom. Also, the bed was very loud. Not recommended for couples.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and good breakfast. Great transfer service to and from ferries. We had a fantastic room with excellent sea views. Can highly recommend.
Cons: An electric kettle and cups in the room would be welcome.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: we had 6 of us stay there and it is in a fantastic spot and the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic all for a very good price... The owner even let us all shower in a private shower the afternoon after checking out as we had a long trip ahead which would be very uncommon in alot of hotels. I highly recommend stayin here if on a budget or not and if u class being treated like a guest important.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Beautiful veiw at breakfast!
Cons: Noisy.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The view from the balcony was ok. Breakfast was ok but poor.
Cons: The room was really damp and smelly. They didn't change sheets even though they were really dirty and they were really rude and unhelpful when we pointed this out to them! The pool was always unclean. Also, they charge you extra if you use the mini fridge for your own food and drinks, even though it's included in the price when you book the room!!! The bed squeaked when you moved.Generally we wouldn't recommend it!
8.0 Excellent

5.3 Okay
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: First room we stayed in telelphone did not work and the bed was broken, we then moved rooms. We had no hot water in the morning 2 out of 4 days (only sun light heating). They turned on the electric heating when I complained - and we had luke warm water.

Pros: clean rooms with beautiful see view. walking distance to the beach and the center. the hotel staff were very nice and helpful with everything we needed, especially Graham ;-) the breakfast was pretty good. a real value for money!
Cons:
5.6 Okay
Pros: Quiet location, about 10 minutes walk from the port. Beautiful garden and pool. Great breakfast.
Cons: 110 euros per day for the twin room is quite expensive even in a high season. The humidity inside the wardrobe was very high causing our clothes to smell bad.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The team working at the hotel were so helpful - especially Graham who works in the evenings - nothing was too hard and was always interested in hearing how our day had been and offering suggestions on what was best to see on the island. Great pool area too - swimming and overlooking a view of the ocean - can't beat it!!
Cons: That we couldn't move the hotel to our next island!
