The breakfast was great , the rooms were nice, big, clean . staff are friendly.
Nothing it was a great stay
Room was very clean and I loved the bed. The staff was very friendly and their smiles were genuine. Also... the breakfast was AWESOME! Biscuits, gravy, sausage and the best waffles!
Room needed an end table on both sides of bed and more trash cans.
Nothing. Noisy, dirty, poorly laid out, not sure if staff understood me, just walked off with no answer, explanation, apology, nothing. Arrogant or non-English speaking but anyone understands common courtesy.
There were wrappers in the room from previous customer. Heavy dirt and dust on doors and curtains. Made the mistake of hanging a towel on the BR door for reuse and it was instantly filthy. Put one over the shower curtain and it became filthy. The floor was dusty and covered in debris that made my feet and socks filthy. The sink and mirror were in a different room from the shower and toilet and the doors opened together so you constantly went through 2 doors for simple things like combing your hair after a shower. The toilet was 3/4 inch off the floor so it rocked if you sat on it. Me and a few other guests were all on the second floor so you climbed steps while the ground floor was nearly empty. I saw three or four rooms occupied... 201, 202 (mine), and 1 or 2 others and they decided to do noisy work scraping and painting windows on 201, 202, and 203 while the rest of the place appeared near deserted. I had a sign on the door, "Please, Do Not Disturb". It was gone and they returned to work the next day, apparantly trimming a window is a task that takes days. It was windy and temps in the 30s so good weather for caulking and painting. I taped another sign to the door, a polite one. Woke up 15 minutes after going to sleep to banging and scraping by a worker standing 1 foot from the "Please, Do Not Disturb" sign. He could not affirm that I asked him to do it some other time, I am not certain how much English he spoke but he wasted no words answering me. Not one discernible word. The clearly saw my signs because in one week, I had prepaid, none ever came in, changed towels, or cleaned anything. I am a business traveler and i don't want service... but neither do I want to sleep on a construction site. Traveling for over thirty years, seen some bad service, this was the most arrogant and callous treatment ever.
Everything was great the Room was clean the bedroom up one everything's ready The bed was comfortable everything was OK just perfect I really liked that
Wonderful staff and quite stay Amazing stay, easy access from I35 with nearby shopping and restaurants, plenty of parking, small fitness center, mini snack store and event center next door.
