Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near attractions and venues, and some found the beds to be comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues throughout the property, including dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unpleasant odors. The breakfast was often described as lacking in variety and quality, and several guests experienced problems with service, such as unhelpful staff or poor housekeeping. While a few guests appreciated the friendly staff and amenities like the trolley to AT&T stadium, overall satisfaction was impacted by the negative aspects.

Poor
Anonymous, Jun 2017
Cons (-) Dirty room, hallway smelly, bathroom old and small, breakfast hits 9:00 am and they literally pick up everything and take them inside, even with a room full of people without any advise and start shutting off the lights so you have no more option than leave.

Pros (+) The best part was we were able to walk to the park
Cons (-) There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod and a towel with blood on it on the floor by the bathtub when we checked in...also, the rate I was promised on kayak was not the price I was charged (and no, it was not a taxes issue)....
