Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, often describing their service as a highlight of the stay. The hotel's central location is frequently mentioned as convenient for sightseeing and public transport. Cleanliness is also a strong point, with many guests noting well-kept rooms and common areas. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its value and variety, though a few guests find it basic.
