Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some positive staff interactions, with several mentioning comfortable beds and generally clean rooms. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, unhelpful or inconsistent service, and maintenance problems such as pool closures, hot hallways, and musty odors. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in options. Parking and amenities like the gym and pool were also frequent sources of dissatisfaction. Overall, while some guests had a pleasant stay, many felt improvements were needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
