front desk very professional. room was spacious
remote control tv very hard to maneuver and the channel lineup was completely wrong no microwave anywhere in the hotel
My son and I enjoyed this trip very much. We ate well, slept well, and did some gambling and won son money. One thing that was noticed is that there was water constantly dripping on the outside of our window from the air-conditioning unit above us. It did not seem likely that it would be able to be fixed during our stay, so we did not report it at the time we were there. Maybe someone can take a look at this issue. It seems likely that it would be happening in other rooms also. We stayed in room 1135. Otherwise, all was comfy, warm and dry. Lovely old Hotel. :)
Great location & helpful staff
The entry way is a bit musty
A bit outdated
I liked that the coffee in the room was easy to make.
I did not like the smell walking into the hotel it smelled like a pipe broke and wet rugs. The staff was not that pleasant. Did not get the welcome feeling. The housekeeping never gave us body wash or even clean the rooms floor. That's not cool.
