3.1 Mediocre
Cons: Dirty and old
6.5 Good
Pros: They had a very nice breakfast, staff was very nice
Cons: That I paid more for the room booking though Kayak than I would have if I booked the room directly through hotel. The section we stayed in was very run down and not very friendly to the eyes.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING,FILTHY,SMELLED,COLD,STAFF STEAL FROM GUESTS,WORST HOTEL IN TOWN!

Cons: You get what you pay for
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room comfy and quite a little dated, but extremely clean
Cons: Front desk assigned us to a room other then what was booked, but corrected the mistake in a timely manner
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Proximity to family.
Cons: Afterthought second tub placed next to bed. Tile floor was grimy. Christmas Eve, women's jeans went missing from dresser. Day after Christmas, earrings disappeared from bedside table. Spoke to manager of house keeping and his story appeared contradictory and misleading. He was the only one working on one of the days, though we heard sometimes his wife comes in to help. Hotel management was unhelpful. Owner, whom we were told lives on site, unreachable. When threatened with charges, the jeans miraculously turned up in the laundry the day after leaving. They agreed to ship them back. Sketchy. Go another 3 miles and stay at the Bed and Breakfast in New Gloucester.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: That it was right off the highway
Cons: You need to upgrade your bathroom showers. You have no fans in there and the carpet always felt wet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager made extra effort to get me a room away from a loud party in a different wing.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: There were fleas in the room I was put in. Went to the front desk to let them know and nothing was done about it besides I was told thank you for letting me know, we will take care of it. Nothing was done for me... didnt offer a different room for me or anything. I was disappointed in the customer service.
5.0 Okay
Pros: My housekeeper was friendly.
Cons: Ceiling tiles in bathroom stained from leak. There was a housekeeper near room 256 that was extremely rude and yelling at another family to get out! Then she was yelling up and down the outside corridor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the 2 room suite. Having the gas fireplace in my room was wonderful.
Cons: The gym is lacking. It felt dirty andcwas just thrown in an empty area.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location ....
Cons: Security (none getting into the building ) breakfast was poor Pastry were not fresh. General layout not appealing Carpets in room 206 had a bad smell All three times we stay the baths Needed TLC..caulking around tubs Was poorly done and paint was chipping on the ceiling , no vent fans

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice property - included Tiffany lamps - Olga’s breakfasts and conversations were excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I arrived late at night and left early in the morning so didn't interact with anyone at the property. But the room had old-fashioned charm, bed was comfortable and the showerhead was excellent. They have their own parking lot right next to the inn.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 3 nights to visit family. The Inn is a beautiful and meticulously restored Queen Ann building. Olga served a delicious breakfast each day prepared with locally sourced ingredients. We have stayed at hotels in the area, but cannot imagine doing that again after finding the Munroe Inn.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Owner very nice.
Cons: Everything was excellent.
6.3 Good
Pros: The bed was a very comfortable king size.
Cons: This property should be called B.... not B & B, since it is the first Bed and Breakfast that we have stayed that charges $ 25.00 additional for breakfast, Beds and Breakfasts are very clear includes both items with the $ 207. cost. Sorry but that is the way we feel. Also those very old rugs in the bathroom should be thrown out, is not pleasant to stand on them, we used towels to cover them. The Owner, Olga was very nice and very informative. she helped us with choices of restaurants and she called us to inform that she had sent an email with checking in instructions, since we checked around 10 PM.

6.0 Good
Pros: The pool
Cons: They said breakfast was included but wasn’t they stopped it but still on there page that it is included so then you get there thinking it is and end up paying 9 for a breakfast buffet was so pissed
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was close to the attraction we were going too.
Cons: It was dirty, smelled musty and wet. Large fans in hallway drying the carpets out. Rooms and hallways need new paint. It looks dark and shabby. They charge way too much for the accommodations they provide.
6.0 Good
Pros: The young lady at the front desk was very professional and friendly.
Cons: The hotel smells horribly in the hallway. Something was “beeping” in the hallway all night. The room needed a “deep clean.”
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: One staff was rude and instead of charging 50 for incidentals they charged 100 and it took days to get it back on the account
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy room
Cons: Pool and Jacuzzi were cold
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds very comfortable. Great price. Indoor pool good for kids.
Cons: Only drawback is space under door large enough so not totally sound blocking to hallway activity.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and convenient
Cons: Resturant wasnt that good imo. Had fish and chicken tenders both could have been breaded alot better. Only reason we stayed here was for convenience of resturant. Bathroom door didnt close
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed linen was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: bathroom is small. Most everything was well stocked. Ran out of tissues - I am sure if I asked more would have been supplied.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I was able to be close to our event and it was convenient to other amenities.
Cons: The after hours scene after the bar closed. I was adjacent to the party room. Lots of swearing and drinking. My room was also close to the hallways exit so the door was very loud and constant! At one point my 8 son asked if we were safe staying there!
7.0 Good
Pros: Everything elsep
Cons: Pool steps weren't safe and I hurt myself
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Rooms surprisingly maintained Vice the rest of the hotel.
Cons: Musty smelling hallways. Very dark hallways. They turned my room key off after 3 days citing hotel policy after 3 days. On my 5th morning security & the maid staff tried breaking into my room before 0800 without notice.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The motel has a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, which was nice.
Cons: The motel is very dated. I’m sure it was a nice place 20 years ago but has definitely seen better days. There is a restaurant on site, I would not recommend the food. My husband ordered a steak and I ordered the lobster Mac n cheese for dinner. We were both very disappointed. They have breakfast buffet in the am, again was not impressed. $25 for breakfast that was equavelent to the free breakfast that most motels offer. Overall, the motel is not a bad place, just don’t expect “Ramada”

Pros: It had a small pool that we were able to at least cool off in a few times over the weekend.
Cons: We will not return. The service was not good, I had to call the front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned and straightened, the staff was incredibly rude, and the reciept given to me for the weekend and what my card were charged were different amounts

5.0 Okay
Pros: The woman who checked me is was very friendly
Cons: The doggie poo on the sidewalks and the sketchy people hanging around the building
6.7 Good
Pros: Its location
Cons: The indian receptionist (Pateh) has guts to even tell to go uptairs and look for a cleaner and talk to them before they can clean my room . That is so unprecedented and terrible and unprofessional. Why the hell would i be following a cleaner just to come and clean my room . This facility is quite good but the staffs are terrible, so unprofessional and they care less about customers at all .
5.0 Okay
Pros: Its right off the highway
Cons: All the dog poop on the sidewalk at the property. I had to navigate the ice in the parking lot to avoid all the dog poop on the sidewalk to the doors
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was good. Tub surround was new
Cons: We are not smokers and our room was very heavily scented with smoke. They had the window open to air it out. But they had no non-smoking room available. The room was half empty. A bed, small table, 2 chairs and tv. All of this was in one half of room.
7.0 Good
Cons: Not enough choices at breakfast
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Place smelled, and as not as updated as I have seen. Floors were very bad for time of year. Needed rugs in the rooms

Pros: Staff
Cons: The other guests were loud
5.0 Okay
Pros: The proximity to 95 is why I stay there
Cons: I stay here often as it NH is close to 95 and where I need to be. The man att the desk when I arrived (Patel?) was rude when I checked in and when my friend carried my bag in, the man from the desk tried scolding me about having too many people in the room and my friend couldn't be there without paying - he was just carrying my bag and was not staying.

Cons: There was hair in one of the beds, not happy at all

Pros: Great historic property. Big rooms. Updated baths. Lovely owner. Secure. Comfortable.
Cons: Heat system a little loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Due to the pandemic, the public amenities were shut down. Billie left a bottle of wine in my room to make up for the inconvenience. Although I was too tired to enjoy it, it was a wonderful gesture. She was very accommodating in every way. I highly recommend and will stay there again myself in the future.
Cons: Everything was perfect. There was nothing that could've been any better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Inn at the Agora was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the warm welcome, the personal and kind service. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, cozy and comfortable. Billie-Jayne even gave us a private tour at the church that is owned by her and her husband. We had a wonderful time staying there over night and we greatly recommend it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Check-in was simple and friendly. The suite was full or character and super comfortable. And although I didn't avail myself of it, the port and sherry nightcap was a really nice touch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a unique property, originally the rectory of St Patrick's church....a very large Roman Catholic complex. It's been refurbished and modernized without damaging the original character of the place.
Cons: The facility overlooks a park adjacent to downtown Lewiston. Lewiston is recovering from the collapse of its textile industry but the downtown, while it becomes more attractive with every passing year, is not yet notably appealing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've never stayed at a place where the caretaker thought so much about the needs and wants of the traveler! Lots of little snacks, little special treat everywhere. Lovely place. And beautiful! Loved it.
Cons: The room was cold, but the caretaker provided a space heater. I wish I would have thought to ask for a second one for the bathroom, though.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast in the actual in was sparse, but they offered tea, coffee, hot coco, biscuits, candies, chips. Good places nearby that would make for excellent places to get breakfast.
Cons: The bed was very very squeaky.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and professional staff and owner. Centrally located right across the street from a beautiful little park
Cons: Tight parking on premis

5.0 Okay

Cons: Ceiling tiles in bathroom stained from leak. There was a housekeeper near room 256 that was extremely rude and yelling at another family to get out! Then she was yelling up and down the outside corridor.
