6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast setup, quite tasty.
Cons: The hotel is indeed of a refresh. The outside looks nice, the inside less so. Our room was old and the whole hotel had a musty, locker room smell that wasn't very pleasant.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, staff was great, breakfast offered plenty of choices, quiet, everything I expect from a hotel of that kind.
Cons: Could use a general refresh/renovations.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was the most economical hotel I found in the area for a decent quality room.
Cons: The carpet in the room had two big, dark brown stains and were noticeable every time I walked in and out of the room or to the bathroom. The hotel needs to remove those unsightly stains.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and hot tub Very helpfull staff Knowledgeable about surroundings
Cons: Small bathrooms No high toilets for people who have trouble with normal size toilets
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was superbly comfortable and the linens and sheets were super clean.

Senator Inn & Spa - Augusta - Bedroom

8.2 Excellent (1,357 reviews)
C$ 166+
Overview Reviews
Located in Augusta, Senator Inn & Spa is in a shopping district, within a 5-minute drive of Turnpike Mall and Children's Discovery Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.0 Good
Pros: The Room was a budget one so it was located in a high-traffic area. Was quieter than we expected and the bed was very comfortable. The TV was a it frustrating but that's more due to Spectrum being the service provider than the Senator itself.
Cons: The breakfast was similar to other venues in the area, nothing special about it. The pool was a bit chilly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the jetted tub and the clean pool/ We book a room here as a date every once and a while. would recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff & restaurant
5.0 Okay
Pros: The pool and GYM facilities is awesome.
Cons: Staff at the receptionist's desk can be more kind. The breakfast is fair, not extraordinary.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools
Cons: The layout of the rooms are odd, narrow path between the ends of the bed and the wall, whacked my shoulder on the bottom corner of the tv more than once just trying to walk by the beds.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent and so was the restaurant attached
Cons: Loved my stay. Couldn't get a massage which was part of my plan because they were all booked. So I guess you have to book the spa at the same time as the hotel. So disappointed.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Location is great. Like on site bar.
Cons: The heater in our room made a terrible noise for our entire stay. The curtains had holes in them so dots of sun came in in the morning and of course right in our eyes. The shower was all cracked and the water was either freezing or scalding. I guess we expected more based on name and location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a mini vacation for me, my daughter and granddaughter. We had a blast in the heated pool, could have been 10 degrees warmer. and the hot tub was a much needed break for me.
Cons: The entrance door to the parking lot needed to be weather tight, it was very drafty.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Check out
Cons: Man at the desk for check in was flat and mostly rude. The room was like being tucked in a creepy basement, because it's pet friendly? A staff member had their car parked in front of our room all night, in a snow storm, making us crowd into our neighbors to unpack. I would definitely pay less to stay somewhere nicer in the Augusta area next time.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for my needs on a business trip
Cons: If near the Spa, morning noise got loud, however, as it was a business trip I was leaving early anyway.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: not enough parking
6.0 Good
Pros: Great pool
Cons: Weird smell

Pros: You could spend more but why bother. This motel has more amenities for any under $100 . Comfortable and clean. Easy access to I-95. Very good continental breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Nope
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very helpful when we checked out early.
Cons: We actually checked out of this room early because the smell was so overpowering and horrible. The use of air freshener to cover up the stench was just too much.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were helpful.
Cons: Small breakfast area.
6.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy
Cons: Hallway smelled like smoke
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, close to highway. Was very quiet. Clerk was very friendly.
Cons: Not much of a selection for breakfast.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: it was a cheap hotel room . people working there were nice. good location.
Cons: The room reaked of pot smoke, it was overwhelming.breakfast, there was no spray for wafflees so they burnt and stuck, all the pastries were stale. it snowed overnight and no effort to clear snow was made.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a microwave and fridge, which seems hard to find these days at hotels. The staff was friendly, even letting us check back in for a couple hours when my mother wasn't well and needed to lay down.
Cons: I would have liked a little more variety or options in the continental breakfast. It was good (waffles, yogurt, some pastries) but, maybe some peanut butter for the English muffins (with the jelly)?
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: By 8:30 PM can’t enter lobby and clerk motions you to dingy outdoor cubicle to check-in. Rather abrupt/curt clerk lacking congeniality as if bothering her
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much as it did not seem very clean. The shower did not drain properly so we had to stand in water. The picture over the bed was the best part as it was a giant image of a mountain road.
Cons: The blankets were very thin and dirty looking and the room smelled so bad we had to go to the front desk for air freshener. We felt it was over priced since we booked a holiday inn express for the next night for $40 cheaper then this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to many restaurants, shopping nearby
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was a good price and location.
Cons: The air filters on heating unit needed to be cleaned, I did it myself, no big deal.
