The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The facilities were good. But the beds were a little small. The description indicated a queen size but it was small for a queen.

Definitely in need of a refresh ; furniture pretty beat up, closet bifold door off it hinges with parts missing. The kitchen is equipped with necessities and everything works there. Not my first choice.

Pros (+) The room, facility, staff, I guess everything was great. The kitchen accessories was fully equipped more than you need, that was impressive! Even a dishwasher was included! Honestly nothing bad pr negative at all.
Cons (-) The parking area, maybe less parking between the rooms, instead more green area, so it gives you a more cosy resort feeling and better views. And it seems they were short on staff, when we asked for stuff they were a little late.

Pros (+) I have been stAying at ROcky mountain resort for past 4 years every year we go to Banff .
Cons (-) This year the experience was awful . The room was not cleaned properly especially the bathroom the toilet had blood marks down below which were not wiped properly , sink was blocked the shower made a horrible sound made it annoying to shower and I m sure to other in the room. I think I will look at other options next time for my stay .
