Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for accessing local attractions and ski lifts. The breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality, and many guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, particularly regarding rooms, bathrooms, and the pool. Some guests also mention issues with the pool, such as cold water or overcrowding. Overall, while the hotel excels in location, breakfast, and service, improvements in cleanliness and pool conditions are needed.
