Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and some guests were disappointed with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff. There were also complaints about outdated facilities and noisy environments. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
