Breakfast was very good, cooked and also continental. English breakfast was very good and not greasy. Hotel rooms nice. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Mini fridge in room. Shower and toilet good and very clean. Garden is lovely. Nice outdoor area. Parking available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet and tranquil place. It's a nice big old building but furniture etc is modern.

Was not in a good location for access to Bath. Shower was smelly .

The staff were friendly & helpful,It had a lift which was very good getting your luggage up & down,we were given directions by a lovely french member of staff to the pub a beautiful walk through the meadow. Words can’t really express how lovely this hotel is we will defiantly be back next year.
