Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's exceptional lakefront location, beautiful views, and overall cleanliness. Many found the atmosphere charming and romantic, with several highlighting the private beach and terrace as standout features. However, there are recurring complaints about the service, with some guests describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful, and others reporting issues with extra charges and tipping practices. While breakfast and amenities like the pool and gym receive mixed feedback, the value for price is often questioned due to high costs for extras. Despite some negatives, the hotel's setting and cleanliness are clear highlights.
