Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent lakeside location, with many enjoying the proximity to the lake, boat docks, and village center. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and multilingual, and the hotel’s cleanliness was noted positively in several reviews. Breakfast on the terrace and the overall atmosphere were also appreciated. However, several guests complained about noise from traffic and poor soundproofing, as well as uncomfortable beds and dated furnishings. Parking was sometimes difficult, and a few guests mentioned the lack of amenities like private parking or a fridge. Overall, guests found the hotel charming and functional, with standout service and location.
