Pros: I regret about spending my money and my night here. The sheets smelled bad, like they were used before. The air conditioner was old and noisy. The breakfast was a joke. Except the coffee, everything was cold and microwaveable and very few options. There weren’t no tables available since the guests kept seated after they finished playing with their cell phones and ignoring everything around them. The staff was sleepy and grumpy.

Pros: Loved having a lil kitchen. Pool was great, breakfast was totally awesome! All staff were extremely friendly. It was my 2nd time at same location. 1st time stay was excellent & that's why I came back.
Cons: The website showed the room I booked as having a bathtub. The woman @ frontdesk was very sorry to tell me no rooms had bathtubs. I was fine with shower, I just really enjoy soaking in bath.

Cons: nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the location and comfortable feel it has. Like having a small snack area to get what you need. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Friendly staff that worked to fix our issues the best they could.
Cons: I needed a large suite for my bridal party and girls to get ready in. I listed this under the notes section when I booked the room. The bed did not seem very big and one of my daughters had slept on the floor. They did bring a blow up mattress in the room which we did use but then it left no room to walk around when getting ready for the wedding. That was the whole point a renting a room because we needed a place to all get ready. It made it very difficult. I also didn't like being charged more than my confirmation said I was being charged. i had to discuss it with the lady at the desk and she had to adjust it. If you can't honor what booking. com offers you should not be part of there offerings. She did fix it but I should not have had to go through all that hassle.

Cons: My room had a strong odor... probably food elated from a prior guest and there were small bugs in the kitchen area... I was about 10-15 during my 2 day stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the room seemed really clean which is the most improtant thing to me. the kitchenette was also a huge bonus, and and the nice wood floors made it feel extra clean. it exceeded my expections. also the woman at the desk when i arrived at night was wonderful
7.0 Good
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Bkfast choice was very weak, only snack bars and coffee, no juice or cold cereal. But it was likely do to it being extended stay with kitchen.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Room smelled terrible of smoke Towel shortage Hair on pillows
5.0 Okay
Pros: I apologize, I did noticed coffee, juice and snacks bars but the hotel is located in a convenient spot to go out and purchase a full breakfast.
Cons: I also noticed a strong cigarette odor entering the room. I was annoyed that there were no kitchen utensils because that was the reason we rented at an Extended Stay. The receptionist told us that if we needed anything to come to the front desk. Which we were too exhausted to come down at the time and decided to utilize the paper & plastic utensils that was provided by friends. When I did come down for a set of fresh towels the receptionist only gave us 2 towels, no hand towels and no wash cloths. I should have asked for these items when they were given to me at the time instead of assuming that there were no wash cloths & hand towels. Overall, we were able to rest
1.0 Poor
Cons: It smelled from the moment you walked in the lobby. Will never stay there again.
