Pros (+) At the price point, this hotel was amazing! Basic and Clean hotel with very attentive staff. The staff went out of their way to be sure we enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pool was clean and very warm. Whenever we went to the pool, staff immediately brought out fresh towels for us. The choice of restaurants within walking distance is wonderful too....Mexican and Thai food was great.
Cons (-) Can't complain about anything. It's not fancy, but at the price point I don't think you can beat this hotel.

Pros (+) Just in town for the marathon, and needed an inexpensive place to crash. It's true that the hotel is a bit worn, but everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was better than we'd hoped - nothing hot (unless you count the instant oatmeal) but lots of choices, both carb and protein. We were also very happy with the service. Pros (+) Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Pros (+) Bed and room were comfortable and the motel was quiet. Staff was friendly. Room had a refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast included some good quality fresh fruit. Obviously an older motel and not the Embassy Suites but it was perfect for us. The price and location were great and it was far from being a dump or fleabag. I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who's not a snob.
Cons (-) Carpet had some stains. Microwave was a "community" microwave in the hall (never seen that before). Pastries for continental breakfast were individually packaged (like you'd buy at a convenience store).
