Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, but reviews are overwhelmingly negative regarding cleanliness, with frequent mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and carpets. Service is also criticized, with reports of unfriendly or absent staff and long waits at reception and elevators. Many guests found the beds uncomfortable and noisy, and several reviews mention significant noise disturbances, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, while the location is a positive, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, bed comfort, and noise levels.
